Do not park here. Only one way out and if there is any kind of event it will take ages. Terrible

I was parked at the Rivergate Tower Garage for less than 4 hours while I visited the Tampa Museum of Art and when leaving, was charged $27.00 for parking!
No other garage in Tampa charges that much! Another nearby garage, the Poe garage, only charges a maximum amount of $9.00 for the entire day! This is price gouging! Don't park here unless you just want to throw your $$ away!

Park here for the river walk. Reasonable rates: $3/30 mins, $3/every additional 30 mins, $30/max day. These were rates in April 2023.
