6I brought a new shirt and they stained it all over and now they are not responsible for cleaning it or giving me all the money I gave for it, they are not responsible, I do not recommend them, I will never return.
Worst service ever they messed up by husband brand new shirt, his Jacket. Never go to this place ever again. Bad service they do not know how to communicate to you, my family and I have being coming to this dry cleaner for more than 3 years from now and this had never happened and I know we aren't perfect but this business should be responsible for what just happened.
They ruined a brand new never worn shirt of mine and wanted to charge me to redo it just because it had been eight months but still had the tag and never worn. Do not use this place - ever!

I have been coming here at least 15 years. They do good work and take care of the customer.
It is 6: 00 pm when I arrived to pick up my suit for a wedding Leslie closed early and refuses to give me my prepaid suit. Online they close at 6: 30pm and a fellow customer in the parking lot confirmed they were open until 6: 30 pm yesterday. She is literally refusing to give me my items back. I already paid and cannot come back tomorrow with a 0700 am flight.
