Riverside St. Johns, Jacksonville FL

We just moved in on December 1st. Greatest decision we ever made. The view, the people, the location the list goes on. Thank you Brittany for all that you do to service this community!

I can’t say enough how much I love living here. First, I love my apartment and the gorgeous view, the layout, the awesome kitchen and the great bathroom. I love the building itself with such great amenities. I use the amazing and surprisingly well decked out gym, all the time - and it is never crowded. The pool is amazing. Just walking in everything smells nice and is wonderfully open, spacious.

And the team - always super helpful! I love them the most. Any question. Ask. Need help. They’re there within hours (or minutes!). Jorge is the best! And Michael has been truly a godsend.

I am not giving up this apartment. It’s truly home!

I cannot recommend living here enough! I’ve lived in apartments across the country and nothing even comes close to living here! Everyone that works here goes above and beyond to make living here amazing, especially the manager, Micheal and their maintenance workers. We wanted to hang sliding barn doors in our apartment and checked before hand if it was ok and not only did they say yes their maintenance manager actually came and helped us put them up! We had an issue with our washer, and they came over within an hour to fix it.
The apartments are gorgeous (almost completely brand new and the appliances are great) and are insanely clean. They even have outlets that have direct USB charging ports, in case you’re like me and somehow always lose the brick that you plug into the wall. They are on the River so there are gorgeous views, a gated parking garage so you can park on the same level as your apartment, valet trash that comes several times a week, and even a complimentary Starbucks machine that can make not just coffee but my favorite, a chai tea latte. Everyone living here is super friendly and you have plenty of opportunities to meet other residents. They have activities pretty much every week. Rooftop yoga every other Saturday, food trucks, and plenty of other things. Our second day in they had a pool party with a DJ, food, and filled a blow up kiddie pool with drinks for the kids and adult beverages for everyone 21+. And they are super pet friendly! I have two dogs, and one is around 100 lbs which can make finding somewhere challenging but they were great. They have treats in the office, a different pet of the month every month where they hang up a picture of your pet in the elevators and office with a cute description, complementary dog bags and waste receptacles around almost every door that leads outside, and a mobile pet groomer that comes so you can have your dog groomed literally steps outside your apartment (in case you don’t want to use the in house grooming room that has two gorgeous dog baths and a professional grade blow dryer for your pet). Would definitely recommend living here!

I don’t have enough good things to say about RSJ and the dedicated staff that manage it! Michael, Britney, and Diego have been absolutely lovely since the first moment I stepped on property. They do a fabulous job of tending to community needs and also planning and throwing lovely events for us! The apartment building is gorgeous and filled with kind, interesting, and polite residents.

The neighborhood is incredibly walkable, to the point that sometimes I don’t drive at all for weeks at a time. Some of my favorites are RAM, Memorial Park, The Cummer Museum, and the SUP (and those are all within 2 blocks).

The river is it’s own entire character and keeps me in awe! From constant dolphins, to rare manatees, the diverse birds + boats, to the sunrises + sets, and occasional rainbows there is just ALWAYS something to see.

RSJ is also very welcoming to dogs, rather than just tolerant of them. They celebrate dog holidays with special treats in the leasing office, but even if it’s just a regular day they are always there ready to offer pets + treats. There are dog waste bags and trashbins all around the property to make it very convenient to pick up after your dog (which in turn means everyone DOES). They also have a paw spa complete with shampoo and of course, more treats! The walkability of the neighborhood also just makes it a fun place to have a dog. There’s always a new walking route to discover, and there’s both a dog park and a dog BAR within 1.5 miles!

I am extremely pleased with my decision to live here and do not plan on leaving anytime soon!

We will be living here starting in December. From the moment we walked into the leasing office we were both blown away by the friendly, caring and professional attitude of Brittany, the leasing agent! As we toured the property, we realized how exceptional Riverside St. Johns is compared to everywhere else we looked. The amenities are outstanding and the views of the river are like a beautiful painting! You will not be disappointed by this property! We consider it an honor to be able to live here!

I just moved to the city of Jacksonville and Mrs. Brittany Blair (leasing manager) and Riverside St. Johns staff helped me with everything I needed and still need related with this process. Wonderful place to live. The location is absolutely perfect. New building and friendly people. Micheal and Brittany in the leasing office are awesome and go out of their way to make this place a home for their residents.

After living here for two years, I recently moved out due to some career changes. I will sincerely miss it though. RSJ is in an unmatched location, has great amenities (that are never too crowded), a spectacular management team (I love Micheal!), and generally respectful neighbors. From the time I moved in to the time I turned in my keys, Micheal and her team were so accommodating, kind, and responsive. I only had a two maintenance issues in the two years I lived there and they were both handled swiftly. If it's in your budget, I definitely recommend considering RSJ.

This apartment community is THE hidden gem of Riverside! You will not find a more well kept community or a better management and maintenance team anywhere in Jacksonville. The location is perfect (so close to parks, museums, the Arts market, and 5 Points), the amenities are terrific, and the apartment itself is spacious and well laid out. We are the happiest we've ever been and don't have plans to leave anytime soon!

I had a wonderful experience of a tour with Brittany on today. The entire complex was amazing. The views were breathtaking. Everyone that encountered was very inviting. I am looking at complexes as I my current lease will be up for renewal in July. I think that I have found my new place. I even had the pleasure of speaking with a resident who informed me that he was very happy with his unit and that he had just renewed his lease. Michael and Brittany were very friendly and accommodating. I look forward to seeing you ladies in July!

The Community Management team at Riverside St Johns is wonderful! They have been so helpful and made my move and transition to my new home flawless. They care so much and it shows.

We are just a month in and the staff here are really amazing! Micheal is such a thoughtful and caring property manager. She seriously aims to keep our community looking and feeling good. Also her team, our maintenance crew, Diego and Melvin, are very kind and quick to fix and keep up the property. We feel peaceful and comfortable here.
