Riverview Smiles is one the most efficient places I have ever been. Everyone on staff is super friendly, very accommodating and understanding of you have to switch appointments and they go above and beyond to make your experience the best it can be.

Great experience. Everyone I encountered were friendly and warm. Definitely Professional. Seen quickly after my appointment time. What I appreciated the most was when it came to explaining payment, it was clear and they did not deviate from what they told you. The Dental Assistant Liz was great and patient. My Hygienist was also great. I look forward to my next follow up visit. I definitely recommend Riverview Smile Dental.

Treatment only by hygienist for the visit, some care was only done on one side of dental area. Did not notify anyone at office.

I LOVE this office. Dr. Feldman does an amazing job and has completely changed my smile for the better. April is the absolute best hygienist I’ve ever had. She is always full of energy, her room is absolutely beautiful and shows her creativity, and she always has amazing tips not only for dentistry, but in life. Hygienist was super friendly, fast and efficient. All staff and Dr Feldman are awesome at this place. Would recommend this place to everyone.

I called and made an appointment as a new patient. They called me to reschedule my appointment because the doctor was out, so I did. Then they called me the day prior to that appointment to tell me I was inactive on my insurance. I called my insurance and there was no issue of me being inactive so they called this office to confirm that and give a control number. Because of the type of insurance I could only see 2 out of the 3 doctors that were there which they were told by my insurance that day. I show up 30 mins early to my appointment just for the front desk to tell me neither of those 2 doctors were available and that I would have to reschedule. This place is a joke. If you can’t verify insurance information correctly you shouldn’t be doing it until properly trained. Such a waste of so much of my time. I happen to call another dentist in the area and explained what happen. They had a cancellation same day and got me in within the hour so I lucked out and never went through all the chaos like I did with this place. Save yourself the headache of dealing with girls who don’t know how to do their job and go somewhere else.

Casey was wonderful! She greeted me with a smile and was very pleasant. She took care of my concerns, and was able to educate me with professionalism and without judgement. I appreciated her so much. Thank you Casey for being you! See you in 4 months!:)

Nice facility, friendly staff, DrFeldman is excellent as a doctor and very nice to work with. They take my insurance which is a real plus

Been going there for several years. Although staff has changed a few times, office has always been clean; staff as always been nice. April, Lillian and Barbara are the best.
