Riviera Palms is an excellent facility, with an amazing direct care staff, Administrator and Director's staff that stop to answer call lights and assist residents in need. Residents can attend an array of activities from Yoga to Bingo. Working at Riviera Palms has been an amazing experience and satisfying for my soul.

An amazing facility with kind, caring staff. The rehabilitation department is a step above the rest, motivating people to help discharge them home safe and strong! I highly recommend.

Such a horrible place to seek help and would
give it a 0 if I could. Most of the staff aren’t helpful. If patient had a rough time, staff wouldn’t answer calls, bathe patient, and give us the run around in regard to daily care. Moved relative.

Had a great tour of the facility. The staff are friendly and inviting. Lunch smelled delicious! The rehabilitation gym is spacious and we'll kept. Loved seeing healing in progress.

Did an absolutely amazing job with my mom and caring for her during her rehabilitation with them. I highly recommend this place to anyone as they did a great job and have amazing, caring staff.

Our family member has been in there for 3 months, some staff is attentive, but no one ever calls back when you ask for information or to get something done like having the doctor stop in to talk to the patient, the only time they call you back is when it’s about your bill. The Patient has had pneumonia 3 times while there so far, staff did not pick up on it the second time and did nothing about it, we had to request a chest X-ray ourselves to check for pneumonia, treatment was provided and patient got worse, seems impossible to get answers and proper help. We spoke to the Riviera Palms doctor and asked him to go and see our family member as we were very concerned about his condition, the doctor said he would see him that day, but never showed up, 2 days later our family member passed away. 2 months later they had the nerve to send up more bills stating they were way overdue and that they had discharged the patient!

The rooms are very dirty in this place, dirt, stains on the floors and walls, food was not good, ants crawling around the room everyday we went to visit, disgusting.

I was surprised with how well they cared for my grandma. Super happy with the nursing services.

The nurses and staff here are absolutely fantastic! The care and attention they provide to their patients is unparalleled! They are highly recommended.

The physical therapists and nursing staff were great. They are very kind and Im so satisficed with the center. I highly recommend this center.

The physical therapists and nursing staff were great. My mom was referred here for outpatient services. I was left very impressed with their attentiveness and compassion. Because of the dedicated staff, my mom was able to reach her PT goals!
