R.J. Hendley Christian Community School, Riviera Beach FL

I was class of 98, looking back I can still remember my teachers and the weight of their positive impact on my life. I didn't have the best home life growing up, Mrs. Robinson, Mrs. Crockett, Mr. Mackenzie, and Mr. Weatherby (I believe that's how you spell it) saw right through all of that and Pushed and challenged me to do my very best despite circumstances. Today I'm a hair away from being a millionaire from my career in tech, A combat veteran and currently concluding my bachelors at the historic Morehouse College. It was by each of them being paragon of black excellence in education that I can even come back and say, "Thank you! ".
If that is still true about the schools spirit, This school will make a leader out of your kids. RJ Hendley or Greater bethel Christian as it was called when I attended made a leader out of me. Every boy and girl is one caring adult away from becoming a success story. The staff understood that.
