RJ is the best personal trainer around. Very personable and knowledgeable. Really makes sure that the training he provides is right for you and your fitness goals. I have seen a ton of improvement in my lifts since having RJ train me for the last couple of years. Definitely would recommend to family and friends.

RJ is a great trainer, very knowledgeable and attentive. I have been training with him for 6 months now and the results I’ve had have exceeded my expectations. He programs the workouts exactly to what your goals are, while still being able to keep the workouts new and fresh. Highly recommend!

RJ Performance has completely transformed my life. During COVID, I decided it was time for a change and got connected with RJ. Even with all gyms closed, he still found away to continue showing up for his clients. I’ve now been training with him for about 3 years. I’ve lost over 30 pounds, workout 5 days a week, and have become a power lifter. I may have been the one to do the actual workouts, but I wouldn’t be where I am today without him. His commitment to his clients is unmatched. No matter what time of day or the concern, he always shows up and gives 150%.
