6 I received excellent and quick service from Robert, who was more than fair with pricing and open to mounting and balancing not just the good tires he provided but also one I brought in on a used set of rims I bought, unlike every other shop I contacted.
He was very accommodating to making a deal and was very down to earth and honest and did excellent work on my car. And left it good as new. Even though I live 50mins away I would happily drive down in the future.

Owner on the phone was great, then arrived and met the mechanic who was very friendly and professional. I brought my own tires in for mount and balance which was a quick process. Hit the highway right after and they rode smooth as butter. Perfect experience all the way around.
Showed up to find out tires were bad as he was putting them. Immediately got angry because he had to put my tires back on. Went to different shop only to discover he cross threaded my lug nuts when he put back on I guess in an attempt to get back at me for not buying from him. He also screwed up balancing of wheels as well. Please see attached photo of lug we had to break to get wheel off.
