I wish there were no stars. We bought a refrigerator from a major box store and not just one time, but 3 deliveries and all were damaged! Truck driver didn’t even get it off the truck. Horrible-horrible-horrible!

Horrible! The delivery guy was rude without good manners. They dropped a really expensive machine on the front door and conflicts you as a customer and leave. Never use this company. They don't deserve any business.

Talk about a safety issue the paperwork asked for delivery inside and your driver refused. We asked about moving the boxes out of the way from the front door as you blocked a daycares fire exit and he refused. I called spoked to one person and see that nothing happened. Y’all’s customer service is horrible you jeopardize the lives of many children and staff members by barricading them in a building at a daycare what a shame.

Didn’t call to set-up appointment and I’m not at warehouse every day… luckily, I called them and was made aware that the delivery was happening a day early. Otherwise, delivery driver was very nice.

Worst company ever! Very bad attitude and no one seems to know what they are doing. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them!

I would like to say that roadrunner provided excellent service. I was able to track my package from start to end.delivery was right on time. Package showed no signs what so ever of trauma. Although I had called several times they where always kind and polite. Driver was great.

No Stars would be better. We used a company called Coyote that used this company to ship our 200lb 6' x 6' vintage sign. It left Florida on Oct 26,2022 and was scheduled to arrive in Carmel CA on Nov 3,2022. It has been lost since then. Their website claims it was scanned into their Salinas hub but their customer service reps claim it never left Livermore CA and has been lost. I'm not sure how one misplaces a 200lb sign. It has been lost ever since, we filed a claim and apparently they have 120 days to "investigate". This company is just trash. According to these other reviews it's pretty common for them to just "lose" packages. So now we are out money, had to refund the customer who was to receive this item and wait for Roadrunner to finish their non-existent investigation to where they will actually allow Coyote to give us our claim money.

I wish I can give no starz. Use any other company they just left my all glass chest that weighs a few hundred pounds in front of my door standing straight up. You can’t come inside no problem at least turn in down so I can slide it inside. They left it right there on the skid and just left. The sign clearly states inspect before accepting and they literally just left before I could. And in front blocking my front door. What if there was a fire and we needed to run out the house! Horrible!

Not even sure how this company has a 2 star average! Believe the reviews, customer service is beyond poor! Save the headache and use someone else, even if it costs a couple of extra dollars!
