Called on a Wednesday to ask what insurance the doctor would be taking the following year. I was told that they were closing even though it was 4: 40 pm and they told me to call on Friday.

Called on Friday at 1 pm, was put on hold for 11 minutes then hung up on. Then I called back and they kept hanging up on me. On the fourth call they picked up and it took less than 30 seconds for them to give me the info I needed. Asked for the office manager and told me she wasn't in.

Very rude (for absolutely no reason) and unprofessional staff. Worst customer service I have ever received.

Dr. Llantada is very professional and takes the time to explain everything about your health and options to your care. It has been a very positive experience being treated by doctor Llantada.
The most I’ve had to wait in his waiting room is 15 minutes or less.
The office staff is courteous and helpful.
I highly recommend this caring doctor.

Not only do they go above and beyond to help you but they make sure you leave there feeling better than when you walked in. Dr. Llantada is one of the few doctors left that really takes his time to listen to his patients and truly cares about his patients.

I was treated poorly by staff and Dr. Llantada.
I will never go back and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Best nurses and Secretary of Doctor Who have I look forward to going and getting my blood work just to see them the doctors will give them a race
