I LOVE MY HAIR! My hair is tricky - long, thick and frizz. Nicole treated me so well and was very thorough in the highlighting and cut. I LOVE my new color - I am a new person! My appointment took a long time due to the length and style of my hair but I felt relaxed and cared for throughout! Thank you, see you in 12 weeks!

I could not be happier with my experience with Jade at Robert of Philadelphia Salon! I hadn’t gotten my hair done in six months due to COVID-19, and I had 4-5 inches of grown-out roots. Despite this, Jade had my hair looking blonder than ever in just two hours. My hair is blonde and beautiful again. Thank you Jade!

The salon was clean, and the employees were taking plenty of COVID-19 precautions (masks, hand sanitizer, very few people in the salon at one time, etc.). Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I am a first time client and I have nothing but positive feedback to share about my experience. I was in desperate need of color and a trim and let me tell you I am quite picky. I was referred to Aubrey Smith by a friend in my neighborhood. Aubrey received my request for help, responded promptly, scheduled me right away and spent her valuable time working to achieve my end goal. She was patient and listened well. She gave me great advice and overall far exceeded my expectations. Its so comforting to know I have a fabulous professional like Aubrey who will be my long term stylist not to mention the terrific crew at the Robert of Philadelphia Salon in Naples! I realize the survey is for Bonita.not sure why that is but I am willing to put money on the fact that any of the Robert of Philadelphia Salons will provide the great care I experienced at the Naples location.

If there were more stars I would give them! I got the fullest set of highlights I have EVER HAD this morning. Krista took AMAZING care of me. I am so sick of throwing away money on bad hair appointments. I always ask for heavy foils and never get them. They always miss something, like lines when I pull my hair up.she highlighted on my part, which no one ever does, they say it doesnt matter until the cut, Krista says IT DOES MATTER! Then after Covering my roots, she came out of the back with a second stylist and they hand painted my yellow ends so everything would blend perfectly! Wow! She didn't miss a thing, she spoiled me rotten with cappuccinos, head massage, and neck massage.warm towel after my wash. I have been to TONS of extremely expensive salons and have NEVER had this treatment! Not only that, my hair looks the best it EVER has. Everything about it is perfect and what I have always asked for, but never recieved! WELL DONE! I finally got what I paid for, can't thank you enough! Highly, Highly recommend Krista at Robert of Philadelphia!
