Guy West was hands down the best realtor we’ve ever had. We are no strangers to home buying, however this was the longest and most potentially stressful process moving from out-of-state. Guy video toured several homes for us, was always available to show when we were in town, and when it was time to get under contract, he represented us well. Michael is a fantastic real estate agent. I contacted him on a Sunday afternoon when I saw a posting of his on the internet. Normally, I wouldn't contact a real estate agent on a Sunday, but this posting interested me so much, I just had to do it. And, he called me right back-and, good for me that he did. The next day, many other people called him about the listing, but he worked with me, because he thought that I would be the right person to improve that Hurricane Ian damaged property. And, he was right. I'm almost done with the repairs, and I plan to keep it for a while for myself and my extended family. But, when I do decide to sell it, it will be through him for a healthy profit. This was the 81st property I've bought in my life, and Michael has to be one of the best real estate agents that I have ever had the priviledge to work with!
