My husband had recent spine surgery and revision from 17 years ago. I found Dr. Getter’s service and care exceptional. My husband is symptom free and recovering very well. I found Dr. Getter cautious and considerate. He even called us at home after discharge from outpatient. I am a 33 year ICU nurse.

Dr Getter gave me my life back. I am learning to move & exercise again, something I was unable to do before. I will be forever grateful for the work he did on my spine.

Staff is rude (I have an anxiety disorder) and I hated to even have to go there and deal with them let alone call there!
Dr. Getter is matter of fact and to the point…. Not much time for questions!
The procedure wasn’t exactly explained to me and to this day…I still have unanswered questions?
Would I recommend them… absolutely NOT!

The manager (Steven) not good! Called to get an appointment for a second opinion of my MRI, and pay out of pocket. To have the doctor look at my imaging and give an opinion. No medical treatment at all, just an opinion…He won’t let me make an appointment. Dr Getter is reviewed as Really Good Dr.it would be nice to get a second opinion before making a Dr.change. But I guess it’s not allowed here.

I’m so truly blessed to have such a great surgeon. I have been in pain for over seven years and know my back pain is gone.

A couple years ago I was having severe lower back and leg pain. I tried physical therapy and steroid injections nothing worked long term. I went to Dr. Getter desperate to relieve the pain I was experiencing. He explained everything, told me the risks and benefits and what I could expect for a recovery period. Its been three years and my lower back is amazing. Recently I began experiencing pain in my neck and numbness in my arms and fingers. I went back to Dr. Getter and he did surgery to correct the problem. Within two days of surgery all numbness is gone from my arms and fingers. I have had little to no post op pain. I also have to say how amazing is staff is. Always friendly, always ready to help and answer questions. Highly recommend this Doctor and his staff for spine care needs

Dr. Getter is the man! If I could give him and his staff 10 stars I would. And I know of what I speak as Dr. Getter did ACDF (cervical discectomy and fusion) in Oct. 2021 and L4/5 lumbar laminectomy (decompression) surgery for me last week (Feb. 3,2023) and I could not be happier. His staff is awesome, friendly, compassionate and caring while Dr. Getter is all of that and more being highly experienced, talented, personable (actually has a great sense of humor) and is great at making his patients feel at ease and alleviating any fears they may have. If there is a spine surgeon hall of fame I hereby nominate Dr. Getter for induction.

Couldn’t stand straight for 3 years. Day after surgery, standing straight again. Physical therapist came to house next day, couldn’t believe I was out of bed after such a surgery like this. 1 year later lifting weights and walking 3 miles a day.
