The office staff in Lake Worth is rude, never met the doctor. My first appointment was scheduled at 8: 30am and they asked that I print and bring their intake paperwork. I provided all my insurance information over the phone when making the appointment. As mentioned, appointment was scheduled for 8: 30, doors to the office opened at 8: 28. At 8: 45 I asked how much longer and the young girl at the front (arrived at front desk at 8: 40) said I need to process your paperwork and verify with the insurance company. I asked again how long would this take, she snaps back "I need to process the paperwork". I said will this be 15 minutes or 30 minutes. Another staff member in scrubs jumps in saying we need to verify your insurance. I told her this was all provided over the phone when making the appointment and my wife has been a patient and this was told when making the appointment.
I once again asked, do you have a timeframe, the young girl simply gave me a rude look.
My wife likes the doctor but rude office staff causes the loss of patients.
I do not recommend this doctor due to her rude staff members.

I was charged 242.14 for a biopsy, I paid 159.94 for the doctor and got another bill for 82.20 from the lab. I have insurance had to pay 45.00 for copay and the rest was for her to do the biopsy then the bill from the lab. Please stay away from this Dr. Unless you want to be ripped off

Wouldn’t recommend. Not professional. Telling me her personal issues of moving and paying rent in 2 places. She prescribed me a medication that if she looked at the paper work I just filled out would of known you never give that with my condition I had to point that out. The vibe of the whole place and workers weren’t good They made me a follow up appointment which I canceled and wouldn’t take my dog there

Dr. Shecter and her entire staff are wonderful. I highly recommend! They are very attentive and thorough, and I had minimal wait time. It was a very pleasant experience. Her PA is also amazing!

Today was my first visit to Dr. Robin Shecter’s office. From the moment I walked in I felt very welcomed. I was bought back in the room by a lovely medical assistant who was very kind. I met the doctor whom I thought was very knowledgeable and also kind and down to earth. There were 2 girls training to become physicians assistants who were there with Dr. Shelter. I never felt so at ease for a first time visit. Everything was explained to me and I was just thrilled to get these procedures done. The receptionists at both the front desk and the last desk were very nice. I highly recommend Dr. Shecter and her office staff. I will be going back there again for sure.
