We had an amazing dinner here. Food was very worthy of their star, and the mozzarella is not to be missed. There was a slight hiccup but our server Angelica was amazing and probably one of the friendliest and nicest servers we've ever had. I would highly recommend for foodies and fans of pasta.

Seems to be a "good ole boys" club. Michelin star should come paired with more than good food and the reality is the food is mid at best.

First, some of the dishes were superb don’t get me wrong, but others were lackluster. The broccolini appetizer was full of flavor and delicious to the point I was taking the sauces and spreading them on our toasted points. The Tortello all’ UOVO was amazing and probably the best pastas of the night but the gnocchi was lacking in flavor. The dry aged carpaccio was interesting and different than any I’ve ever had before. The plating was beautifully done. The service was just ok and not what you would expect for a Michelin star. Our server took forever to take our order and the servers bringing the food out would state the dish but not explain it fully and spoke so soft you couldn’t hear them. It was extremely dark in the restaurant and freezing, most of our group didn’t even take off their jackets the entire time. While some of the food was amazing and I’m glad I had the opportunity to eat it, I’m not sure I will be going back anytime soon.

This was mine and my boyfriends first time here and we were so impressed with this place. Connor was our server and he was very knowledgeable of the menu and professional in all aspects. The black truffle ravioli was TO DIE FOR and I’ll recommend this place to anyone! Thank you Rocca!

My favorite restaurant in Tampa and honestly anywhere else. Their food is spectacular, service is 5-star. Prices are definitely reasonable for the delicious food and drinks! My absolute favorites: Little Gem Salad, table side mozzarella cart, Agnoloti, and burnt cheesecake! A must-try!

The atmosphere was outstanding, and the food was even better. I can't wait to go back.

Dinner here was hands down the best food we've eaten in Tampa. The floral painted plates set the tone of eating in Nonna's kitchen. It's a beautiful homage. Every dish we tried was seasoned to perfection and built with a delightful amount of complex layers in flavors and aromas. My personal favorite was the kohlrabi: elements of earthy sweetness, acidic yet soft, briny, crunchy, soothing.

There were a few small things that could have made the experience better for a 1 star Michelin restaurant, all having to do with continuity. How/when the dishes were placed on the table. Most of our food arrived rapidly that we had six or seven dishes on the table within the first 5-10 minutes. It was very overwhelming. Our server thankfully slowed down the pace so we could digest before the last two pasta dishes arrived. Some team members didn't seem to know seat numbers as my husband's cocktail was delivered to me. And very minor detail: the bread bowl is served with hot and toasty sourdough next to cold focaccia. Both were incredibly delicious but would be seamless if everything was warm.

Great wine. Exceptionally beautiful ambience. Happy patrons. We'll be back if we manage to snag another reservation. Thank you, Chef, for a delicious meal.

My wife and I stopped in Tampa with her parents on Jan 3rd, on our way from New Orleans to Miami. Just a one night stay, and we went for a walk along the riverfront. We all felt like Italian, Googled, and up popped Rocca, a mere 250m from our location.
We had no idea this place has a Michelin star, just walked up and were seated at a high top in the bar area.
What a glorious experience and stroke of luck that we happened upon Rocca. From the perfect Negroni’s, to the mozzarella prepared table side, the stunning pastas, the impeccable service. An impressive wine list, and not overly expensive considering the level of food and service.
Highly recommended.

I am really not impressed by this 1-star Michelin restaurant. The location is under a residential building with a good amount of parking and a valet service. The restaurant is not a table cloth. Also, for me, the Italian food was a little different than the original recipes and changing my palate with the news ingredients added.
Of course, it will be expensive, but it is worth trying Michelin restaurant for the first time, but I will not come back for this one. The service was OK, nothing special and, in my opinion, is too dark inside also.

This place is a 15/10. We had the absolute BEST meal celebrating my husband's 30th birthday! Angelica was our waitress and she was absolutely fantastic. She told us all about the process of them becoming a Michelin restaurant. She gave us great recommendations, was attentive and all around wonderful. The table side mozzarella is a must! We're here for 2 more nights and want to go back again!

The experience at Rocca is exceptional. From start to finish, you can tell the kitchen poured love into each dish. Presented beautifully, portions are ample for such a highly rated restaurant. Having been three times now, I can confidently say you cannot go wrong with any dish. I suggest ordering all at once so the kitchen can appropriately space each course and you aren’t struggling to decide like I usually am! Was sad to hear the Basil Custard had been replaced with seasonal items until I was thunderstruck by the Olive Oil Cake all over again. Hazelnut Panna Cotta was delectable as well. Wonderful spot for a date night if you really want to impress your lady. I recommend my family and friends here with such an intense vigor yet cannot possibly do it justice.

Amazing dinner from the delicious food to the attentative service. We celebrated our birthdays and they made us feel special. The mozzarella was amazing as we're our entrees and desserts. The staff was knowledgeable and answered any questions.

Our server Chris was excellent. The food was great. The only disappointment was the kitchen flexibility. Coming from a culinary background I can understand the kitchen not wanting to alter their dishes that much but not willing to serve a dollop of ricotta cheese on the side of a pasta meal is a bit much. Otherwise, a very good Restaurant
