Terrible, the manager Juan was rude when all i asked was to see if maybe he can provide another quick meal whether it was an appetizer or salad anything. He rudely stated "well what do you want me to do about it. " I said “well maybe you should tell your chef to not burn the skirt steak so people can eat their meals with no complaints. ” He showed no empathy to the situation, and as a good manger when your restaurant does something wrong, their goal should always be to satisfy the customer for a good name. He didn't care at all, I understood that it was late and they were getting close to closing time, but I placed my order way before. For them to bring me a meal I couldn't even eat. The churrasco tasted really nasty and burnt. Hopefully others haven't experienced this. Get Juan fired! He doesn't care about the customers nor the restaurant. He doesn't deserve the title of a manager. Next time offer complimentary something or a snack something quick that you could have done for the exceptions of your chef messing up an order that was placed an hour before you guys had to close.

The bartenders were AWESOME, the atmosphere was amazing. I wasn't impressed by the drinks and food.

They has extra charge for $97 dollars in our bill in July 2021. I went there a week ago I spoke with Nathalie The Manager she said check and refund my money. Since then she never answer my calls I called for other phone numbers Today she was too rude and said “your not my priority “ because I’m busy.

Many times this restaurant has been KNOWN for treating people of color differently, and providing poor service! Please do not go here if u are a person of color! Report to the BBB ASAP horrible experience

Great chill spot if you hanging in fort lauderdale. Great food, drinks and music.
The bathroom need more attending to though. Customer mix the used hand napkins with the clean one's and the toilets are not flushed after use.

The Rock bar is very expensive mind you I don't mind paying the price but it's ridiculous also the servers don't tell you that gratuities included.

The view by the beach is nice for having a few drinks and maybe something to eat. However the drinks we had were kind of watered, the food was okay with some things burned, and the waitress had a condescending attitude and would take for ever to come back to our table.

Horrible food, horrible service. Took 25 minutes to get our bill after we said we wanted to close out. Total scam

Came here with my wife and we both had a great time. Food was delicious and our server Nino was very friendly.

Way too expensive and the food not delicious. It's not worth it. I ordered shrimp cocktail and it doesn't taste good.

We usually have a good time here but we had MIKA as a bartender, and she was HORRIBLE! If you get her, ask for another bartender. She ignored our table (im assuming it was race related because she was nice to the Caucasians sitting at the bar), another bartender helped us and told her we needed beer and she continued to serve the other people and attempted to not make eye contact with us. She even threw our to go containers at us. We tried to speak to a manager but she wouldn’t call one. Very upset that gratuity was included! Then she tried to short me my 70cents. I didn’t even want to give gratuity, no 70 cents for you ma’am

THE CADILLAC IS THE BEST DRINK! For more flavor ADD MANGO! It’s got a DOUBLE SHOT OF TEQUILA w/ oj! The frozen margs are not strong ADD & DOUBLE SHOT TO THE FROZEN MARGS, THANK ME LATER!

Had a blast they sever food all night drinks were ok stopping a server is tough but the hooka was very smooth

Would give 0 stars if I could. My tacos were soggy and very VERY greasy. My boyfriends mahi mahi was over cooked and dry. I am not not one to complain but the tacos are no better than Taco Bell tacos. So many better places to eat in the area.
