Morning staff are cool people always friendly and well spoken. The gym is always clean when I come in never had any issues.

I can’t say enough how amazing this place is. Everyone is super friendly, Staff is top notch. Justin is a 11/10 trainer who will push you to your full potential while making sure you don’t injure yourself. Gym is very clean, the bathrooms too. No other gym stacks up to Rock Fitness, they set the bar extremely high. Keep it up guys

UPDATE (3/2/22)
Unfortunately I have to change my rating. This location underwent a managerial change as well as a big change in staff and things have been going down hill. I tried to give the changes a chance but nothing is getting better. If I’m going to pay $40 a month for my membership, I would hope the equipment would be in good condition and that the place would be clean. Everyday, garbage cans are overflowing, I have to go hunting to the ends of the earth for a spray bottle and paper towel just to be able to wipe down a machine, a lot of the machines are janky and wobbly. I always see staff standing around and talking to one another but very rarely do I see them making rounds to maintain the gym, and I’m here 5-6 times a week. I love the vibe and the energy of the gym but I also don’t want to work out with messed up equipment in a dirty area.

Great gym, but only one of every machine. I guess it's good because it helps me to pace myself. I always see personal trainers going around helping people which is cool. Good place to put yourself in physical pain.

Being in the business for almost 20 years, I received a job offering for this gym. All they require? High school education (according to the job posting) So unless you know what you’re doing and looking for something else other than LA Fitness highly recommend not to hire a trainer at this place

Worst gym in the Palm Beach area. Over priced for cheap equipment. I canceled in December n they still charging me in February. Stay away!

I like the environment it's pretty good. I split time between here and the local La fitness. They are both mid -low tier gyms in terms of equipment but it's only 30ish dollars a month for both.
The equipment is very old and should be replaced In many cases.

Arm equipment is brutal: they have only a machine preacher curl for biceps lol. And for triceps literally a single machine dip. That's pretty bad to have a single machine for an entire appendage. Probably makes sense to have 2-3 movement variations per any body part bare minimum? (I'm aware you can use free weights and cables but that's not the point)

Medial delt machine is non existent. La fitness has two variations. Get a side delt machine.

No seated leg curl for hamstrings.that's bad

If I owned a fitness center/gym in 2022 I’d have a pendulum squat machine in the leg room and maybe get rid of the power squat machine. Makes no sense to nit replace outdated machines with the current improved Tech

Random turf field, cool but maybe purchase a prowler or weighted sled so it has an actual function?

Not enough adjustable benches

Leg press is "broken". It's missing the secondary pegs that allow you to add more weight to the machine when you fill up the first pegs. That's bizarre that it's missing.

I can still get a good workout in here as an experienced lifter so all in all I give it 3 stars because price and the deadlift platform and trap bar etc is a nice touch.

I was really hoping this place would blow la fitness away instead of being worse in some ways and slightly better in other ways as it has a ton of potential but bottom line is the owner does not reinvest into this gym, instead it is somewhat just maintained and operational. I’d pay more for the membership to achieve that but I don’t know the goal of the business owner

Was here for 8 months. It’s a great spot. Everyone is cool inside, the gym has some awesome old school equipment as well as some new modern stuff. If you’re looking for just a gym with no sauna or fancy stuff, this is your place. Old school and gets the Job Done. Rock Fitness always got a place in my heart

One of the best gyms I’ve been too. I was a visitor from out of town and felt right at home at Rock Fitness. I actually got to speak with the owner of the gym, extremely humble and inspiring. I wish I had a rock gym where I lived. The equipment is brand new, clean facility and friendly staff.

I need to speak to someone in Spanish, I can't find a way to communicate, I want to withdraw from the gym, because I'm going to another city, it's getting very difficult for me to get a message back

If you’re looking for a gym with the most modern equipment and sauna, etc keep looking, BUT if you’re looking for a place where the employees care about the gym, and the trainers care about their clients, then THIS IS THE PLACE for you! When you have people like Cam working the front desk who, as soon as I mentioned one of the machines was kind of loose, immediately ran to getting a tool set to tighten it down. Or trainers like James or Kevin, who bring positive energy offering good advice or a spot for a heavy lift, not because it’s attached to selling you something but rather just because you needed it. If you’re a GYM RAT like me and lift everyday give this place a try. The equipment is reminiscent of powerhouse having many similar hammer strength machines. Old but very functional, and more than enough for a good workout. If you do come in wait for when the manager Wendy is there, he’s good at when he does and definitely got me a hook up!

Excellent facility, staff care about keeping it clean and everyone is friendly and supportive. The cost also isn't going to run your wallet into the ground! Definitely happy with my membership thus far!

Great gym. Tried an LA fitness yesterday while in town and was wildly underwhelmed. Glad I switched to this gym today. Even with "less" equipment, you get more and better quality

My review is in regards to the unprofessional, incompetent and inattentive management of this particular location. As a dual certified trainer I had the displeasure of dealing with this gym. Coming from NY I am more used to efficiency, effective communication and consistency, especially when dealing with business matters. I received none of that when dealing with this gym. All I achieved was a complete waste of my time and gas since the ineffectual and incapable person (Wendy) who emailed me never informed me of the proper location to meet. In fact, during the application via Indeed I was initially provided with virtual option to interview. Once that date and time arrived, no one was there for the interview. No one bothered to cancel or inform me otherwise. I am not surprised then when the live interview was scheduled after this blunder, that the location was never clarified. As a result showing up to the advertised position in Palm Beach was incorrect since Singer Island was the correct location according to the inept manager. Was I informed of this prior to arrival? Absolutely not. How does one even become a manager of of a gym let alone occupy a position of authority with such abysmal and unqualified skills in communication. Pathetic.

Came to West Palm Beach for a month long internship and Rock fitness has been nothing but fantastic. Rather than spending $100+ signing up for an LA fitness membership that forces me to pay for multiple months or take a cancellation fee I went to Rock fitness where they were able to work with me and offer me a month long membership for only $60.
