This is Stan Gxxx, I am Robert's friend, care taker and POA. I met your man at the front door to make sure he had access to the problem. We went into the bathroom, turned on the shower and Hot Water was abundant. No harm, no foul, I paid the service charge, your man was as I expected, very professional, we both laughed and he went over the shower handles and tightened up the handles and stopped a couple of leaks. Next time he has a problem, you will be my first call, after I run over and check it out first. Thanks Stan p.s. Robert is 87

Alex was great. They worked very hard and exhausted all troubleshooting techniques to find my leak. Without ever giving up they worked until the job was done. I know many companies that would call it at 5 leaving you stranded. I highly recommend them. They even swept and cleaned the floors when they were done.

Will arrived on time, and handled our installation flawlessly. He went through use instructions and the warranty before leaving. We would definitely recommend him for any plumbing needs.
