I had to sell my late mother's home (pictured), and I was absolutely dreading it. Just dealing with my own grief, plus the enormity of getting rid of furniture, what to do in terms of cleaning things out, discussing the process, etc, etc-well, it was overwhelming. Along comes Joe and Kelli, and to say that I am grateful is a profound understatement. Joe put me and my needs first, always asking what he could do to make the process easier and better, staying in contact without ever being pushy, and just being helpful beyond words-even, at one point offering to help physically clear out things inside the property. His speed (the house sold instantly, and for more money than I expected), efficiency, caring, and support extended until even after the closing process (which he also arranged; it was like being on auto-pilot). I'm 62 now, and I've bought and sold a few houses before this. Joe Bornstein is a true original, a one-of-a-kind in my book. His experience comes through in the first five minutes that you spend talking with him, and you instantly feel as though you have a true advocate in the process. He understands people, he cares about his client, and he goes the extra mile to make the process as seamless (and profitable) as possible. I'll admit that at my age I have become a bit jaded and distrustful of people that I do business with; not with Joe Bornstein, though. He is the epitome of honesty and professionalism.
