I was treated thoroughly, promptly and professionally. The staff is very polite and courteous. This was my first visit to medifast in Rockledge Florida so I was very impressed! I will definitely be going there from now on.

Usually a good place but something happened and I’m being charged $200 after one visit which ended with the doctor telling me to use warm compresses for a skin infection. All he did was check it out and check my temperature. I didn’t even take antibiotics. MedFast Urgent Care has a sign in the lobby showing off low prices for treatments and examinations. I don’t even think x-rays are charged 200 here. I can’t even call because the phone lines are always down. What’s going on guys.

Terrible experienced. I arrived a little after 9am and i sat in my car waiting until almost 12pm without being called. They suck.

Should have just gone to the VA!

One of the worst medical experiences of my life. 2 Hour wait in the car to go in, and then spent another hour and a half in the examination room with minimal interaction with the staff. Extremely poor operation.

Went there because I was sick. Place is very disorganized. The doctor asked if I needed a note for.work. I said yes and they put the wrong dates. I went back and asked them to change the dates. They said they couldn't put the 2 days on the note because I was not seen both days. I had already been seen and was given a diagnosis of strepthroat. Common sense says I will be out of work for at least 2 days. Who goes back to the doctor the 2nd day after they were sent home with medication? There are different staff and the weekend staff.is different then the weekday staff. The communication between the staff is terrible. My mother in law went there and she has insurance but they made her pay full price. They take her insurance. After Medfast got paid by the insurance company they refused to send her a check. Also while in the lobby I heard this poor woman explain that she was back for her physical and that she has to pay full price for her 2nd appointment. The first time she was seen she made the appointment for the physical. The.staff made her pay twice and she has no insurance. They do not take enough precautions with Covid-19. Need to take this virus more seriously. The front staff are very rude and loud talking very unprofessionally.and talking about other patients loudly. The blonde front desk girl is rude and is obnoxious. I felt like I was a waste of her precious time. She was complaining about other patients right in front of me. I could still hear her while in the back room waiting. Absolutely 0 compassion.

The doctors and nurses are great! It's the front office staff. The least educated ones.

Absolute joke of a place. My wife went in about tooth pain and to see about a antibiotic for pain. The nurses were great but the doctor was terrible. Talking bad about her teeth (which certain meds growing up can mess up your teeth later in life) within a foot or 2 from the room we were in. Doctors job is to help not criticize the patient. Especially if they paid 130 for the visit

I felt like it was a positive experience. I didn't have a long wait before they called me to see me. The PA who was tending to me was very informing and thorough.

Needed a flu test. Had all of the symptoms except nausea and my kids had the flu. Filled out my paperwork. Prepaid. Wait time wasn’t too long. Passed the test with Flu A. They prescribed me some tamiflu. I took the first dose at lunch and started feeling better by dinner.

I was iffy at first but after meeting Dr. Young, I was very impressed and even wanted to explore making him my primary care. He genuinely cared to help make me feel better and gave as much as time as I needed.

The wait time was minimal and the staff was friendly. The Dr.was thorough and friendly. I needed a tetanus shot and the young lady that administered the shot did an excellent job, it didn't hurt at all, I barely felt the needle going into my arm. Great job!

I went because I was having severe pain with my gastritis. He told me the only thing he could do for me would be to give me a GI cocktail that would possibly help. Soon afterwards the nurse returned and said they did not have the ingredients to mix up the cocktail and they gave me something else that didn’t work. When I was out in the waiting room, I noticed cards describing the facility. Gastritis was one of the things that they are supposedly able to treat, but they did not even have the ingredients to treat it. I also heard them on the phone trying to find out how to mix the cocktail. Not very knowledgeable!

Facility is very clean and well-maintained. The energy of the staff is uplifting; it is definitely the best Medfast in the area.

The ladies on staff were wonderful. Went above to tend to my son. Was a very pleasant visit. Even received a call once we were home to offer more services if needed!

There was not one patient in the facility but I still waited 20 min to a PA. Then after he diagnosed me for the same ear problem I had seen him for 3 weeks ago. He did not call in the prescription as promised. I had to call back there twice to get it called in.

One criticism. 3 patients that arrived after me were taken in before me. They may all have been more critical, but a conversation with me would have gone a long way.

It was the first time I ever used a walk in medical center I was pleasantly surprised and was treated with great respect and kindness the Nurse was very sweet the Doctor was so helpful with my problem and made me feel at ease I will use them again if at any time my Doctor office is closed. Thank you MedFast

Everyone was very nice, PA Susan Hatfield was very thorough and I will refer family & friends to her. I was so sick and from the time I got there until I left they all were great to me.
