We’ve had to use their service twice in a week. Both times they were on time, treated our belongings with excellent care and will use again. The movers were very nice as well. Highly recommend this company. Thank you

I never write reviews but the lack of professionalism was ridiculous. I had contact with the owner several times and over three weeks prior to our move we had confirmation and all the details worked out. The day of the move there was no call no show and to add insult to injury my family member called to see if they would answer, they did and when they confronted the owner he acted as if it was nothing and did offer an explanation or an apology. DO NOT BOOK if you want reliability.

Don't ever try to book for them. 2 months back when I was planning to book someone for today I found this people and saw feedback that he didn't turn up. Still thought of giving a try. Booked him almost 2 months back for today.till yesterday he was responding to my message. And boom don't today he stopped responding and no one ever came. Highly unprofessional.not recommended at all

David took care of my move. He arrived on time and got everything loaded and unloaded so fast. He gave really good value for the money.

I used this company for moving my things to a storage unit. They arrived on time worked quickly and were professional and very careful with my items. I definately recommend them for any move you have. You won't regret it. I will be using them for any future moves I have.

The guys were quick and professional. They started moving the stuff as soon as they arrive and did not waste a minute. Dave was responsive in case of any questions. No hidden fees.

I contacted David with Rockstar movers in Pinellas Park Florida on June 2nd 2021 and arranged to have some help moving our household items into a storage unit in Land O' Lakes Florida. I arranged to meet up with them on July 2nd 2021 at 1pm at Extra space storage. I confirmed our meeting multiple times and even confirmed again we were a go for the July 2nd at 1pm the day before. At 1: 20pm I called David and asked if help was on the way and he confirmed that someone was coming but stuck in traffic, but would be there to help me. At 2: 00pm no one had shown up, so I called David again and left a message and I also texted him (as we had been texting a lot prior to the move.) He did not return my call or texts. By the end of the day no one had shown up to help me. I had to move everything by myself and catch a flight the next day back home. I'm a 64 year old male and I think I got heat exhaustion because of the lack of help that was promised to me. It took me 6 hours to finish a job that should've taken 2-3 hours. I would not recommend David with Rockstar movers to anyone!

We’re quick, professional and got everything done in a timely manner. Guys were very nice and took care with all our items.

I used these movers in April for a simple 5 mile move from storage to my garage. During the offload stage into my garage, they noticed I had a hand dolly and asked if they could use it - no problem, I was happy to let them to make it easier for them. Once they were done, I was busy making the payment to wrap up and thank them and I did not notice that my dolly hadn't been returned.
I texted them the next day and the owner, David checked and confirmed that they had it. Fast forward to June and about 8-10 text messages later and they don't seem to be interested in returning my dolly.
Very unprofessional and if they are bold enough to take something and admit they have it and refuse to return it then I can't see why anyone would trust them to move their possessions.
