Very bad the teachers do drugs and give them to the students I don't recommen this school at all. Too much fighting and DRUGS. The teachers are so mean too I went to this school the food is trash so bad and cold the kids are ALL almost Cuba's that think there cool and tough. I wish I don't go to that school I'm lucky that I survived.

Good school but the security r rlly mean especially to the 7th graders and thejacket policy wack asf but like everyone here thots so if u tryna find a thot this is the place especially school dances

A math teacher for 8th grade name Beatrice maria soriano hit a kid with a math book and ended up on Telemundo 51 news.

Honestly some of the teachers are the worst. Especially Mrs. Rolle. She would always aim at me and would get mad at me. Some teachers never listen and the people who work in the offices are really rude. This one time me and my friend were helping in office 3 and they got mad at her for "talking" either way we were whispering. They have to learn how to respect.

Sucky school. Horrible both physically and mentally. Be careful might get a book thrown at you. Administration can careless about how your feeling all they do is talk they don’t help you. School needs a serious evaluation

The school is really trashy am a 7th grader there and I believe they give you no freedom of speech. Yes some activities r fun and there’s nothing wrong with being strict but no freedom sucks and they get you in trouble for saying what’s on your mind. Staff extremely rude until ur parents walk in when that happens their sweet Angels but if not, complete ass hole.

I am a student at Rockway and I'm not going to lie when I say that the food gave me food poisoning. I usually don't eat lunch because the food doesn't look so edible because of the greace and smell of the food. But today I was very hungry and I decided I would take a risk and eat lunch. The mashed potatoes were hard and crusty and the meat had been left over meat from yesterday's lunch. I started feeling sick after I ate it. And when I got home I had to go to the doctor and they told me I had food poisoning, I now have to stay overnight and I will not be attending school tomorrow. Also my friend and I tested out their mearballs. (I wish I was exaggerating) but the meatballs just bounced off of the table. Not to mention some of the teachers, I love most of them. But the thing is my English doesn't even know how to spell. She spelled exquisite wrong (spelled as egsquisete in class). Also last year my math teacher was horrible. He gave fs to most of the class and he had favorites. Also my mother came to pick me up early today and some of the office and security members were being quite disrespectful. I will be moving schools soon. In my opinion I feel that the school could be more organized.

They don't give you any freedom and then they expect us not to misbehave don't they know when you don't give children or teenagers enough freedom they rebel? In lunch they tell us where to sit if they see us move anywhere we sit alone. Then if we wear a sweater thats not black we get in trouble! Last year it wasn't like that! Hundreds of kids are signing a petition for variations of sweaters! Maybe I loved the school in 6th grade. But then 7th grade came in and thats when I hated the school. Alot of kids do drugs! Too much homework it stresses kids and one kid got ADHD if im aware.

They have clubs but they don't have the good clubs like anime clubs card game clubs which are a fact to be one of the best clubs in the world

Its an OK school. There are dances and some wacky days, Good and bad teachers, food is a little good but there are way to many flies in the cafeteria You just can't eat well. Still you learn and get to have fun with friends in the morning, during school, and after school! 3/5
