Karen, made me feel like my business was wanted and my needs were heard, she is a woman of her word and super knowledgeable. Her customer service and attention to detail is exemplary.

Rolex’s sell themselves but we all know how difficult they are to acquire. Thanks to Karen, I received my watch today. Karen’s customer service was a brand a deposit into Mayors boutique. Service is 5 However - Not a fair system! They are telling customers it is a computerized draw system to buy a watch. However some customers i know personally know was able to buy multiple watches back to back. As far as Rolex concern best watches in the world.i own multiple of them purchased from Europe

Recently I had stopped in to inquire about my absolute favorite Rolex…the GMT rootbeer. I was fortunate enough to speak with Karen and simply asked her about the process.
I explained how much of a watch liver I am and that it’s a true passion of mine. We talked for a while about watches…what the mean to people and how we intended to pass them down to our children one day.

Not long after my visit I was floored to get the call from Karen…she said that she had a rootbeer for me!
Needless to say I was shocked and rushed to pick it up.

The Mayors Rolex boutique at The Mall at Millenia in Orlando is a must-shop store! They have a great team, especially Cameron L who has helped me a couple times. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend working with him and I will absolutely be buying from him again.
