Although he explained that I have a different brand of shutters than his company services he got mine down & secured. He did a great job. I'm still waiting for my company to call but the shutter is in the down position & my property secure. Thanks allot. T. Navin

I purchased 3 rollup shutters.raised one up and did not stop. It wrapped up, 2 guys came out and said they neEded more help, two more guys came. Said I would not be charged while waiting for them to show up. I kept time of when.they were working. The bill was over $1,300 dollars. I will never use them again. My older shutters we’re putting up by Storm Smart and they have been out several times and they always have been fair and honest. The reason I called Rolls secure for the repair was because they installed them, they had issues when they installed them, but that’s a different story. I will be using Storm Smart from now on and will recommended others to do the same. All I asked for was to take off the overcharge of $300.00.

On September 9,2021 we ordered three impact windows for our condo. In May, 2022 they came to install them. After that long wait one of the windows was installed. Then installers said that the other two did not fit and took them back to the company, we think. Today, September 12,2022 they returned with the windows that were supposedly remeasured and remade. Again they did not fit. The people who do the install do not work for the company, but are independent contractors, they say and they are not paid for windows that do not fit. So they lose money. Who knows, but their problem. The staff at the office is rude and snarky. They have no answers and I believe that they never really remeasured the windows so the error would not occur again. However, I recommend not using this company.

Permits are required. Unbelievably having updated smoke alarms are required to pass inspection. That info was not told to me ahead of time. Be aware

Just the way your guy drives shows the unprofessional nature, I would never use your company based on this alone

Called them to repair a hurricane shutter.they were booked out until mid February but I called for cancellations and was able to secure an earlier appointment. Servicemen were polite, efficient and they fixed my hurricane shutter which other companies could not do! Highly recommend!

Very reliable company! Does professional work; they work with families and their budget. The one things I do love is, the warrnty they provided. Definitely will do more business in the near future. Thanks Rollsecure!

Rollsecure sent two techs to do a shutter "tune-up" and repair. They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and fast! 9-shutters checked, lubricated plus one repaired shutter in 1-hour. Great job Rollsecure!
