Well, to begin with, what is a bakery? I mean, the bonus bread, empanadas, and fritters are very good. BUT what is cooking like eggs, breakfast lunch are not good at all. The coffee tastes more like milk with water and that darker coffee was specified, the same for hot chocolate, it has no flavor and is more water than chocolate. The tasteless breakfasts and the

My experience in this place until today was good, I loved this place not only for its excellent food but also for its attention. But unfortunately today it was not like that, I ordered some things in my order, including 2 COFFEE WITH MILK at the moment the cashier or manager brings the COFFEE WITH MILK to the table, both of them did not taste like anything, they were pure water, we went to that cashier person or respectfully asked to inform him that this was pure water and his response in a rude and impolite manner was to give us a lecture on how coffee is prepared and that we should have asked for a latex as we did not know the difference between one drink or another, no It is the first time we have ordered a COFFEE WITH MILK there, they even have or had a guy who really knows how to prepare that drink, I never told him that I wanted it darker, only that it was pure water that did not taste like milk or coffee.manager if cashier was how do I solve you then? He never had the initiative or the respect and tolerance to tell us let me prepare it again, if someone is in a bad mood, then they should not be at a counter dealing with the public, we left completely disappointed and I doubt that he will return and recommend this place unfortunately people like this only damage the good business service was impressed because we never imagined receiving a little tolerant treatment from that person and more if we were kind and respectful when telling him that the drink was not well prepared. The client pays for a service and I reiterate, this is not the first time that they have prepared a COFFEE WITH MILK in your business, I cannot drink something that has no flavor, it was only boiled water. He didn't even offer us to redo it or exchange it for something else or give us a refund, what a lack of professionalism and customer service. I am not writing this to get a refund or anything like that, I am writing this to vent about the treatment received by that person

Lovely little spot here in Riverview. The bread and empanadas are always fresh and delicious. Location is always kept clean and staff is kind and helpful. Definitely recommended!

Loved the guava pastries and the cookies! Great selection and friendly service. Definitely put this spot on your list.

Need vegan options.

Reply to your reply. I understand that, but you need to grow with the times and also have options. Many non-vegan places have options still for people who care about animals and what they put into their body.

Croissants, pan de Bono, pan de queso, quesito, and anything with chorizo or morcia are phenomenal.

Wasnt too impressed with the tres leches, cookies, or empanadas, but still well worth the visit.

Staff and owners are very friendly and interactive. Even gave my daughter a Colombian treat just for being there.

Can't wait to go back!

The pan de bono here is very good.each piece of food i’ve tried so far has been great.i look forward to picking something new each time i go.and the service is really fast and friendly.always a good experience.if you crave or wanna try colombian treats/drinks go to rolos.

The best empanadas I've ever tasted, simply delicious. The place is very clean and everything looks amazing.

Some things I tried are good, but the customer service is terrible. They didn't want to sell us some empanadas with 15 minutes left to close because they were already going to close and when we were inside at a table they said they couldn't sell anything other than when I went to the store. At the checkout, the woman who attended hurriedly closed the checkout so as not to sell anything, not even takeout, and said that she couldn't do it with us inside. Very bad service from the woman who served us, I probably won't return to the place. What bad attention

Family atmosphere, delicious sweets, in addition to the empanadas. They make very rich and thick juices. The attention is excellent and very happy. I recommend the Pan de Bono and the thread. Ample parking.

Rolo's is absolutely amazing. From the pastries to the sandwiches! Prices are reasonable and portions are huge!

Amazing empanadas, we order from here twice a week, chicken and cheese every time. The cheese bread, sausage bread, and ham and cheese croissants are all fantastic.

Waoooooooo! This place is very cool. I want to try everything. The excellent service and the quality of the food goes without saying. Ángel is super attentive and fast. I guarantee you that you will not regret coming to this beautiful and delicious establishment. The prices are SUPER reasonable. I plan to return every week.
