Roma Italian Bistro & Pizzeria reviews
16Excellent food! The burrata salad was excellent and the pizza! Great service and the owner was very friendly and talking with guests. Even got to hear him speak Italian with another guest.
Chicken parm was not chicken cutlet it’s a chicken patty. It’s what you’d expect at Arby’s not downtown. Very poor quality food for the price but nice location and staff.
The owners were very personable and friendly. The food was delicious and consistent every time we went there - favorite find in naples! The food came quick and there was very attentive service
We enjoyed a delicious dinner there recently. Food was excellent and so was the service! Would highly recommend the pizza! We will definitely eat here again.
Love this place…. Very friendly staff. Food was amazing…. I had the wedge salad! You will not be disappointed ️️️️️
Wait staff was friendly. The pizza was to die for. And the seating outdoors was perfect in the May weather.
Great lunch. Pizza was pretty good, but the Greek salad was delicious! So very fresh, lots of feta and olives with a tasty dressing. Ate outside. Service was great. Will go back for lunch again.
Good food, Good ingredients make good food.and the owners attention to everyones needs spilled over to a high degree of service from a friendly group of employees proud of the product the serve up.
Came in with my family and everything was perfect, from the service all the way down to the food! We are hard to please but we were very impressed and satisfied with all our meals. Calamari was great along with the chicken parmigiana. The desserts were also delicious. If you’re hungry on 5th ave come here for a fulfilling meal
Me and my husband went there yesterday night and we ordered a pizza and lasagna. First off the pizza dough was cold and frozen, so was the lasagna it’s was cold in the middle. Would not recommend going there.
I went there with my sister not to long ago and they had horrible service they didn’t even make any refills and completely ignored us, so disappointed in that place.
We are in Naples visiting from Michigan. We absolutely loved everything about the experience.
BEST salad I've had in along time, we are on keto and we had a verity of choices. Tomatoes tasted like tomatoes! Gabriel was excellent, wish we were staying longer so we could return.
We had a lovely pizza lunch at Roma’s. The staff were polite, and addressed our every request. The pizza was delicious. We would highly recommend this restaurant.
One of our favorite restaurant! Staff is just amazing and the food is always consistent and just great. Hard to find a good chicken parmigiana that is always fantastic! And they always remember us and that is alone is why we go here! It’s kinda the way they treat the locals.
The staff is friendly, but the food is lackluster for the cost. If you like low quality food at high quality prices, then this is the place for you. I go out to eat at an Italian restaurant on a regular basis in Sarasota with much higher quality food and service for the same, if not lower, cost. I expect more from a $30 dish that costs maybe $5 to make. The risotto mushrooms dish claims to use truffle oil, but I can't vouch for that as they don't use enough to taste, if any. There's nothing authentic about the pizza, I'm pretty sure they use frozen pizza. The Margherita is just a regular cheese pizza with shreds of basil on it. Do not trust the pictures of the pizza on their online menu, it looks nothing like that. There were no tomatoes and the basil is not whole pieces.
To top it all off, there's a 3.49% service charge for paying with a credit card, which I have never experienced in a restaurant before and I've been to places all along the East Coast. The average fee to process a credit card is 2-2.99% so I don't know where they get off charging more than 3%. I don't know if this is a common practice in Naples or not, but surely their profit margins are high enough where they can eat the cost. As a business owner, I can understand wanting to pass on credit card charges as they can be quite costly. However, no prior warning was given so I was absolutely shocked when I saw the bill. This surcharge alone is enough of a turn off to make me not want to come back.
And before the owner asks: yes, I'm certain that I'm talking about Roma and not the Italian place next door.
