Romano's Macaroni Grill, Kissimmee FL

Love this restaurant and love the manager Judy. She always is cheery and greats us as we come in the door and stops by the table to make sure everything is perfect!

I had such a terrible experience. Slowest kitchen ever. The food was wrong, the server had an attitude. When I went to leave I asked for a manager the lady went to get him I could hear someone say I am busy. I will never come back here ever again. If I could give it zero I would.

The place was empty yet everything was slow. I had an entire glass of ice water dumped on me by accident before the meal even started and the best they did was comp a $8 drink for a ruined wallet and had to sit through an entire meal with water in my shoes

We had a really good meal, the mushroom ravioli with sauteed onions was a show stopper! My husband got the truffle mac n cheese. Both were very salty tho we couldn't drink enough water for the remainder of the night. We liked there were at least 4 options as vegetarians. My only 2 cripes were the booths were weird I'm short but my feet were like really high and I couldn't quite sit comfortably at the table. Also the paper on the table is the worse I got a few paper cuts and it was super annoying. Other than that we liked it.

Food was tasteless. Very unappealing walking in. Tables with black tablecloth and while butcher type paper. Nothing else on table.nothing.poor menu choices. Soup and my lasagna bologna was poor. Wife's lobster bisque had not one morsel of lobster: it did have a large bread biscuit.
Off my list of places to remember. Better dollar value elsewhere.

Unfortunately on Thanksgiving our waiter never worked before. He passed us the plate so we put it on the table instead of putting them himself like all waiters do. Since we told the manager he threw the check on the table. It wasn’t a nice experience. First time this happens. The turkey didn’t taste like much and it wasn’t hot. No cranberries. The manager was nice.

First time eating here and it wasn't just delicious food it was an experience! The food was definitely on point! A must try here is the stuffed mushrooms!

Service was sub par considering there was only like 20 people there. The food was good but was not hot like it may have been sitting under the lamps for quite some time. Place was clean though!

Our party of six adults and one toddler were served very well.the food was delicious, hot and well presented.the atmosphere was very soothing.

Problem was the bill changed from $129 before presenting the credit card to $146 when the ticket came for signature.

I signed and we left. I don't argue. I pay for the right to review any place I enter.

There is noway in Heaven or on earth I'll ever be inside a Romano's ever again. Not in my home area of Lexington, Kentucky, nor anywhere else.

You'll play me the fool one time and that's all.

Dinner was amazing Courtney was super helpful, very attentive and awesome waitress. We love the service. Must come definitely recommend.

Cortney did an amazing job helping with a lot of people and was really nice to all of us. The food was delicious and this restaurant was the best.

The food was divine. We had no wait but within the next hour it was getting busy (5pm) I could of had one more refill of my tea but other than that Malik was very attentive

This is the most organized, Clean, accommodating, & delicious food, pro & friendly staff & management (judy i believe & Brandin @ bartender) ive experienced in many years.

This restaurant BLOWS ALL COMPETITION off of thus strip of W IRLO BRONSON OF 192, whatever its called!

Ive been enjoying how delicious, consistient, & well managed the food & staff are fir sometime since reopening after covid.

They go above & beyond & set the standard in ALL CATEGORIES for competitors to aim for!

Worst experience! I thought I was in a TV show or something. Our server was literally yelling across our booth to the bartender, asking questions about the drink I ordered. If you’re inexperienced, I have grace. But the fact that I had to stand up at my table, look over to the bar and say “we’re done. Can we have our check now? ” while our server was sitting at the bar, eating and texting. That is inexcusable. What a reflection of how careless the people are who run this place. Not to mention there was one other table currently dining but dirty tables still remained next to us in our section. Why wasn’t anyone cleaning the tables if no one was there? What a joke!

Kevin was amazing! We can 1 hour before closing and he accommodated our 11 top with kindness and the best service! He made our Texas family feel right at home.

Service is excellent. Really a place where they try to get to know their clients. Food was top notch. I prefer it to Olive Garden. Highly recommend.

The manager there is the nicest most warm woman i know makes me feel very good every time i see her always is so nice to me and my family i would rate her 10 stars if i could every time im there with my family she is just a super nice person makes me feel like family i normally have hard time going to places and makes me feel very uneasy as soon as im there they make me feel more than welcome thank you again
