Ron Jon Surf Shop reviews
21Store is having major water leaks in the store & smells musty inside. Guess they can't afford roof repairs? Also, make sure you show ID to get the locals discount, they ask for your zip code, buy that doesn't automatically give you the discount. ASK. I didn't the 2nd time we checked out& got 0 discount. First time I mentioned the local discount & got it.
Biggest and coolest Ron Jon’s ever! There is something for everyone here but leave plenty of time and make it at the beginning of your trip if you’re vacationing here because I guarantee you’re going to want something to use/wear while you’re here.
I am giving this store a 3 because I was very disappointed that this store is NOT curvy girl friendly. I enjoy the beach and sports like the next person does. Nothing was over a Lg/xl in size (and the sizes ran very small anyway,) especially in bathing suits. I had to just watch my friend shop. Sad because this store is so beautiful and had just about everything.
Wow what a shop.
This is the biggest and best surf shop I have ever visited. Loads of different products to choose from over two floors.
After seeing their small location at Disney Springs, I wasn't expecting much here, but this place is huge, and the selection of clothes is awesome! Sure they have a lot of junky souvenirs, but the clothing selection is great.
After years of traveling I-75 and seeing the Ron Jon broken surfboard billboards I finally got a chance to visit their flagship store and I absolutely loved it. With two floors of beach, sun, surfing, decor items and necessities I can see why this is thee place to get all that stuff when your in the area. Everything is reasonably priced which helps the pockets.
Cool shop. Very nice with a lot of selection. Now I believe Ron John has been here like forever but didn't get so see much close (within 5 miles) you can see the change. We were just passing through. Nice shop though.
What a fun store! I got caught up in the fun and bought too much. Now I’m the proud new owner of about a dozen t-shirts, several pairs of shorts, 2 swim trunks, and a Hawaiian shirt.
A “must stop” when visiting Cocoa Beach. Premium beachwear and other beach products. Fun to stop in just to see what RJSS is all about.
While not my style, was absolutely spot on for our kids! Wonderful selection and variety. Wonderful shop, but it tends to really draw the tourists in droves.
What a cool place to visit. Bought the normal souvenirs, and picked out an inflatable paddle board for pick up next weekend. Pricing is typical, products are good quality, staff is very helpful. A must stop for tourist and locals alike
This is a huge store with tons of product. It is a bit chaotic inside, but not the fault of any staff. They have very limited kids selection in Ron Jon branded merchandise. Overall, my son loves his hoodie!
Awesome, best surf shop in the World!
I was introduced to Ron Jons cocoa beach in 2004, come almost 19 years later and I had to show my kids!
Classic! A trip through central Florida requires a stop at Ron Jon’s. Spent a few years living a few miles from here and I used to love hanging out here. Happy they’ve kept the vibe as they expanded. I’ll always be back soon!
We drove there deliberately on the way from Charlotte, NC, to West Palm Beach, FL. Nice big store. Got myself a yellow Ron Jon hoodie. We spent too much time trying to find a short sleeve Ron Jon t-shirt for my boyfriend, but unfortunately couldn’t find anything
This place is AWESOME! So fun to just shop around, look at surfer garb, cute shirts, jewelry, and cute trinkets.huge store.friendly staff.you have to go if you come to Cocoa beach!
Very large, air conditioned. Heavy cotton T-shirts not too ridiculously priced. Plenty of clothes and touristy stuff to buy. Free parking.
Think of this as a Walmart for surf stuff. Tons of bathing suits, sneaks, and accessories you can probably buy at Walmart itself, but I guess it's fun to brag you finally visited the place advertised on billboards all the way down 95 as far as from like Delaware. Back in the 70s and 80s, everyone and their mom had the bumper sticker next to their South of the Border sticker on the rear window of the family station wagon (now known as an "SUV"). It's a pretty nice store with a parking garage (thank goodness, because free parking is non-existent in Cocoa Beach by design). Fortunately, it's about 100 yards from an actual beach, so there's other stuff to do there.
Absolutely love this place! I have been visiting since I was a kid and always have to hit Ron Jon's just to look around. Besides having anything and everything you could need for the beach or just in general, the staff is always super nice and friendly. The atmosphere is always great and definitely a place that stays busy for sure. Only complaint I could have is with the bathroom, though I do love a clean bathroom, the stall I was in was cramped with the toilet paper so close to the toilet I had to turn while sitting (and I'm not a big guy). And I can understand not wanting to use paper towels with so many customers daily but I'm completely against germ spreading hand incubators 100%! So besides that, this place is incredible and I found gifts for everyone plus things I didn't need of course lol!
Liked the shop, but they don't take contactless payment (so if you use your phone to pay, go home and bring a wallet). Other than that, the staff were all very friendly.
