Bryce Cox was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did an inspection and showed us our options. We ended up waiting to get ours done, but will be working with Mr. Cox in the future!

The Team of Roofclaim did an excellent work after the storm. One-month after the Hurricane Ian a new roof was installed. The crew worked tirelessly to finish the work overnight. Nice work!

Very professional group. They performed all work in the time frame that they said they would. Their representative, Jonathon Philpot was especially helpful in walking us through the process from start to finish! I would recommend roofclaim to those in need of repairs!

They do excellent work as roofing goes, but are absolutely terrible to their employees and sales staff. Have zero development of staff and expect them to produce from day 1 with little to no coaching. Employees have 15 different people to report to and any of them can decide they don’t like you and get you fired.

CEO is convinced no one is developable or coachable, and won’t implement policies to even try and make employees aware of their deficiencies. Entire company is going downhill and will continue to do so until changes are made. His own sister is head of HR and recruitment for god’s sake.

A hurricane hits and the entire sales staff is transferred down to the area, and 90% are gone within a month, myself included. He’s a 1 strike and you’re out kinda guy, and has his hands in every detail with no trust of anyone and wonders why everyone is on edge and fearing for their next paycheck. It works for a week, but not a lifetime.

Do yourself a favor and find someone else to do business with. At this rate, you’ll be lucky to get the new roof you signed a contract for get installed before the company goes under.

Can’t even put their cart back at Publix. I’d never hire someone who can’t even put their cart away. Lazy lazy.

Do not use this company. Besides the absolute lack of communication they have no problem packing up and abandoning their current contracts on a whim.
