Victor Gomez and the Roofing pros team were amazing! I can’t speak highly enough about the experience. We had some major hiccups with our claim, including some personal medical issues. I was diagnosed with brain cancer during this process and Victor treated us like family through my surgery and recovery! Then, our insurance company went out of business 11 days after we filed our claim, so it was passed off to FIGA to reevaluate our damage. Victor followed up weekly with updates, as FIGA took almost a year to complete the process. Victor promised us we would arrive at a resolution and I’m so glad we did, he helped us get thru the very difficult process and our claim was finally approved to replace our roof. Once the contractors arrived, their work was just as good as their customer service. They were punctual, detailed and hard working. They replace our 4,800 sqft roof in two days and it looks amazing! Their clean up process and follow up review was fantastic and I can’t be happier! I’m here to say that I would recommend Victor Gomez and roofing pros to ANYONE that needs helps with their roof AND the insurance company. This is a one stop shop for a professional and responsible resource to assist in the process. What a blessing, and I’m so happy to finally have a new roof over my family. Five star service!

The lack of communication is laughable. I was and still have been given the run around. Specifically stated I could not have dumpster in my driveway due to a 2 year olds birthday party and family coming to town. These people gave zero Fs and lied to my face. Roof has been done for 2 days and their superintendent did his walk through. Neglected to communicate about scheduling and chimney needs repairs and now I’m stuck waiting a month for the earliest appointment. I have been in contact since Nov14. I believe the sales man was Jason, he is the best part of the company and what got me to give them my business. Everything since then has been beyond lack luster and minimal effort.

I worked with Stephanie from Roofing Pros and the process was extremely smooth and professional from beginning to end. There were initial delays related to insurance company, but Stefanie reached out frequently to provide updates and make sure there was nothing pending on her end.

Once all was resolved within insurance, I received communication of supplies being dropped off and the same day received a phone call of when the roof would be started. The workers were fast efficient and courteous to my property.

The roof looks beautiful and we are extremely happy. The city inspector that came out afterwards stated that he looks at a lot of roofs, and we should be very happy with the job we had done.
