Very patient (I tried out almost every mattress in the store), knowledgable, very happy to explain every opportunity in detail, got along with the other employees & I wound up happily spending twice what I thought I was going to spend - with no high pressure vibes - because he showed me the value of all the different options & let me decide what was best for me.
