JC was awesome. He got me the earliest delivery date for the couch which I was in the day before and they told me august and may is a lot sooner than august. Then he was able to let me up to pay for my mattress using layaway online so I didn’t have to come back to the store ️

Travis was a exceptional is helping us choose the best furniture for our needs. He was never pushy and we never once felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. We will definitely be back to see Travis in the near future!

Purchased a high top dining room set from there. They have beautiful furniture! I recommend them for furniture.

The initial buying experience was fine but the furniture quality is poor and WAY over priced. Bought a " leather" couch and within 1&1/2 years the leather was peeling and flaking off with minimal use and continued care.

Do not, I repeat do not purchase the leather protection! Had small spot on love seat called. Technician came out looked at it and took a picture then left. They called me a couple of days later and said it was an unknown stain so it wasn’t covered. Only for food and beverage. What else could the stain be? It’s not like we do projects in our family room. I am so mad I could scream. He didn’t even try to get it out.

I find Rooms to go a very dishonest company. To many hidden fees that are not disclosed day of purchasing. CROCKS

Walked in not a single person approached us.we finally ended up at customer service desk and when they asked did anyone great us.we said no that no one had helped us.the rude lady behind the counter said “well I’m helping you” worst customer service ever.

I spent about an hour and 1/2 picking out the furniture I wanted. My salesman wrote everything up. When part of my order showed up, the sofa wasn’t what I picked out. I wanted the power reclining leather sofa, and a manual one was delivered. After about 8 hours on the phone, getting bounced around from person to person, I finally got my salesman, who told me HE made a mistake when writing up the order, and could fix it for an additional $200 plus dollars. Can you imagine? Be diligent here.

Sales people are sharks, terrible delivery team and awful customer service. Won’t be shopping here again.

Went in to see a white leather sectional that had been advertised on tv. Couch is exactly what I want but they don't deliver to where I live. Sales person not helpful to see if another store could deliver.

Their Furniture is pretty good and at a reasonable price. Salespeople are pretty nice and try and help out. I've only had one issue with them where they ordered the wrong dresser for us and when I let them know what took place they fixed it immediately. Will definitely shop with them again.

I went a couple of weeks ago with a friend of mine to look for a living room set. A lovely saleswomen introduced herself, I told her what I wanted, she showed me a couple of things. I liked them immediately and told her that I’d like to bring my husband in to see if he liked the living room set too.
The salesperson was Migena Elezi. She totaled up the set, told me when it could be delivered. I told her I’d bring my husband in. We came in a couple of weeks later. I had called ahead to make sure she would be there because she was so professional and helpful I didn’t want anyone else to wait on us!
I picked out a couch, love seat, end tables, coffee table and an entertainment unit. Check out was very
quick, she explained the warranty insurance, which we opted to purchase. Told us when we could have it delivered. A VERY pleasant experience. I will come here to purchase furniture again and I would recommend your store and Migena Elezi to my friends and acquaintances. Sincerely, Deborah Schreier
