I deliver to all Rooms to Go Distribution centers but I have 3favorite ones
Lakeland Florida Dunn NC and Suwanee Ga.

If you purchase and pickup at the Lakeland Distribution Center be aware of the absolute rude behavior form the guard at the gate. We purchased a chair and decided to pickup vs having delivered. When we arrived at the facility there was a guard security officer Frazier who was not helpful and quite bothered by our visit. We pulled he was leaned back in his chair and just completely ignored us for a couple of minutes. He walked over to our car and did not greet us in anyway how can I help or anything. He did not say anything. I then said we are here for a pickup. He said first name, last name did not say anything further. He walked to the back of the car and then came back to our car and said park between the red car and the silver car go inside. This guy was acting poorly his words were short and in a irritated tone. When asked inside what the problem was they said they don't work for is and was just as short terrible customer service. I have news anyone that reaches the customer works for you. We won't buy anything else from this company our money works anywhere.

Completely awful experience after purchase, horrible delivery, 3 days after the delivery date they gave me only 1 piece from 3 that I bought. Never going to buy again from them and not going to recommend them.

Went for a interview, and was amazed the distribution center was square away like it should. Was interviewed by Fred, Mike, Jerry. Nice group of supervisors. Looking forward for my 2nd interview sometime next week.

This is my first and LAST time EVER buying ANYTHING from Rooms To Go! Ordered a desk, it came with DAMAGED edges and VERY bad construction errors.
The end effect here is a beautiful-looking desk from far away, and a cheap imitation design when you get close. I can see the result that the desk was meant to have, but their execution just didn’t allow for it.
Now I understand that with shopping online this kind of thing can happen because you can’t always see the quality through a picture. However, I was pretty upset that Rooms-To-Go DAMAGED a desk, tried to sand over the chipped corner, sanded the other side too much to match, and then sold it to me as a NEW piece of furniture! Not to mention it had a whole block of missing texture on the frontside! But hey, whatever, I’ve shopped Rooms-To-Go before, this could just be an issue with one design piece. So after examination of the corner damage and errors, and after being disappointed by the construction quality, we decide to return the piece.

So we call the customer service number and explain everything. I am told they have to transfer me to another department and that they can’t help me. The same thing happened another THREE TIMES. I just kept getting passed along and transferred. Eventually, I speak with someone who is supposed to be able to help me. I have to explain everything all over again for the fourth time! After explaining, the very first thing she says is that they can have someone come pick the desk back up, but there is going to be an additional $59.99 plus tax delivery fee. I was pretty upset already, so I asked her why I would have to pay a delivery fee for someone to come and pick up a DAMAGED desk that I received. She stated that because I did “Doorway Delivery”, which is free of charge, that I would have to pay for the pick up.
At this point I am way beyond frustrated. I thought maybe we both weren’t understanding each other, so I ask to speak with a supervisor (at this Lake Land, FL warehouse). I explain to the supervisor, Michael P, everything that has happened. He then asked if I was looking to return the desk, or if I would be interested in switching the desk out for the same model or a different model. I go ahead and tell Michael P.that yes, under normal circumstances, I would be happy to just switch it out for a new one, but at this point I have lost trust with Rooms-To-Go, and I just want to return the desk for now.
I explain I'm not returning the desk simply because I “don’t like it”, and if that were the case I’d be happy to pay the extra delivery fee. However, due to the fact that I received this desk not only just damaged, but the fact Rooms-To-Go tried to cover up the damage is what’s wrong, and I shouldn’t have to pay for an extra pick-up fee. It is on Rooms-To-Go and they should have never sent out a product like this. Michael then replied saying that if I exchange the desk I wouldn’t have to pay, but if I wanted to return the desk that I would have to pay for the pickup, or I could drive the desk myself to their warehouse and drop it off for free. I still personally believe that they should make it right but I want this to be over with.so I ask him where the warehouse is located and he states that it is in Lakeland, FL, which is an HOUR drive away!

This was going nowhere so I then asked if there was anyone higher up that I could speak with and Michael P.informed me that there was no one higher than him. I then let him know that Rooms To Go has forever lost two customers and that we both will be going out of our way to tell our friends and family about the horrible experience we have had, and that we will be writing a review about this experience. We ended up paying the $40 plus tax, which if we were just simply returning the desk because “we didn’t like it” we would expect to pay that. But this is not what happened here, and I feel that it comes down to principles of good business. My fiancé and I will both forever of Rooms-To-Go as a SHADY, DECEITFUL, and UNETHICAL business. Which all could have been saved by $40.

Horrible customer service. I selected doorway delivery what clearly states on the website it will be deliver INSIDE to a garage or the FIRST room. The delivery manager and the delivery truck drivers refuse to put my delivery to the first room and left my package all on my plants and outside my property line when I was there kindly ask them to put it to the first room like the website and my confirmation email stated. They act like you paid $1 for the furniture. Never again will I purchase any thing from rooms to go. I am writing this review because this is the least I can do since customer service was NO help. 0 STARS
Update: On top of all that my delivery had damage Of the dresser! No confirmation when I called so let’s just hope this will be resolved.

I visited here with my husband, he's an Owner operator truck driver. He was delivering furniture to this location. Although they have a wide variety of beautiful furniture and selections to choose from, one thing they lack pertaining to some of their staff is customer etiquette. We had traveled for a few hours to get the load there so once we arrived my husband asked a woman as she was coming out of the building if she could direct us to the restrooms. She pointed in the direction telling him where it was but didn't go into show us. She may have been on her lunch break. This warehouse is beyond huge so we proceeded heading the direction she told us, but wound up asking another member of staff if they would mind directing us, we hadn't gone far enough so a few clicks more we arrive. The location we would have more than likely walked by, because of its disclosed location. As we headed back through the warehouse, my husband had to turn in his paperwork. Some guy moving furniture rides by us on some type of moving dolly, then after he gets a couple of isle down turns back around and confronts us asking "what are you doing? " With an ugly frown on his face, I told him my husband just delivered a load here and we were just coming from the restroom. He proceeded to then say "you can't be in here! There is the way out. " I told him we know how to get back to our truck and will leave when he's done with his paperwork. He just stood there on the little moving transporter watching us walk away, then he rode off. God knows I truly thank Him for His Spirit that keeps me, I wanted to say more to him, because his concern should have been on doing his job that he's payed to do, which is to move furniture, not hall monitor the people you see walking through the warehouse. Needless to say prejudice is still active in the hearts of many people who are still in a dark place of deception. To be completely honest, my husband and I have purchased most of our furniture for our home from Rooms To Go. But after that incident, we will purchase future furniture elsewhere. Clean unisex restrooms.

Easy pick up, longer to tie down even with assistance. Made it 60 plus miles home with no issues.

Gave me 2 different bedroom suits instead of the one I ordered. I chose to pick it up so now they expect me to come an hour away again to fix their mistake and compensate for anything.

Only bought the tables here because nobody else carries them. $60 for delivery on a $500 set of end tables is more than ridiculous. And this distribution center is barely open so getting you merchandise is just too difficult after you’ve paid a RTG premium. You need to offer free store pick up seriously.

Picking up at the warehouse was a disappointing experience. From the security guard at the front gate, to the person in the customer service office, to the guys picking the item, all appeared to not understand the meaning of good customer service.

Everything went great with pickup, they call me the day before schedule pickup ask what time I'll be arriving, the next day I arrived at the time I told them. My recliner was already to go. Only took maybe 15 min in/out and I was on my way. Thanks! Room to go

This is a distribution center and as such is not open to the public. Good place to work though.

For Otr truckers
It's really cramped here and heavy traffic (cars, box trucks mostly) like seriously. I gave it 4stars because of the friendly staff.
It's not 24 hour shipping/receiving

I had worked there for 8 long years.one year they were (supposedly) getting into the "Racing Car" business, they bought & brought in a racecar or had one made up to film a commercial of a race car racing around inside the warehouse & jumping into the back of a delivery truck. Of course Employees were not allowed to watch, we were sent home early. Not a good place to work, though!
