Rooms To Go Furniture Store, Miami FL

I went to Dadeland Rooms to Go store and Domingo was very helpful and very professional. He help me to chose the right furniture for my living and dinning rooms. I recommend go to this store because on the International Mall store is very crowded and the vendors are not very helpful and don’t take the time to help you as Domingo did in the Dadeland Store.

Domingo was super helpful from the moment we met him. He was Very nice, sweet and friendly. I truly recommend it.

I had a great experience at the N. Kendall Dr.store. Alvaro, our sales person, was great. He was Very nice, sweet and friendly. He went above and beyond to help me out and had a great deal. I truly recommend it!

Do not buy from this store. They make you promises and lie about what they are doing to get a sale. When I called to talk to the store manager he was so unprofessional and was immediately aggressive. Go to El Dorado where they care about their customers and products. So disappointed in Rooms to Go customer service.

Avoid unless no other choice. Price displayed excluding mandatory delivery and taxes, delivery and assembly was unprofessional and i had to do the table assembly again myself so it stops wobbling.

My wife and I went in looking for a dining room table. We were greeted and helped by Harold. We were showed two dining room tables not to our liking and wanted to see more. It was then when Harold angrily walked away from us then was no where to be found. This is the second time we walk into this place and the second time we get treated with disrespect. DO NOT COME HERE!

My girl and I went to the store at Dadeland when we first get there all was well we were greated in the store. So we asked for Laritza she is the sells rep we have delt with before. They tell us she is not there and a gentleman by the name Harold starts to help us. So I tell him what we are looking for. He than tries to sell me something I’m not looking for. I explained to him why I want what want. So than I tell him that once I find whatever want I will let him know. So when I found what I wanted I cane looking for him than tells me I can’t pay fir that with because it’s in the kids side that I have to pay in two separate orders. So I asked him again two separate bills. He yes. Because he couldn’t sell be anything from the kids side. Than they couldn’t verify my credit with tidewater. Than they’re system went down. He asked us to cone back when the system would cone back. Than we cane back and we changed done things but he kemp trying to sell us a discount card for accessories. We told him several times no. But still ge tried to make us get it. Finally we are almost done than the delivery he told next Saturday. But finally couldn’t be done till a Tuesday. That did it. We left humiliated frustrated. Than we call the manager and he knew all that was happening and he did nothing fir us. They are incredible. We don’t recommend this store to eny one!

It's a big store and has variety in styles and prices. But service spotty. Some people get full attention and others, me, only limited.

I have to Edit my original review.distasteful experience. I ordered two beds and a night stand.and the sales person literally waited to the very last minute to communicate to us that these items weren’t available for shipment immediately.ok we waited for the “shipping” and the items have been arriving by parts, and they can’t even stick to their shipping schedules as they constantly shift, from one day to another. Long story short 1 month has pass and 1 week and I still don’t have my stuff.be advise TRIPLE ASK about delivery dates, after their sale is close you are on your own.

Great experience great product let's see if this greatness continues with the delivery and the quality of the product after I use it for a period of time to be continued on my review
