Don't waste your time going here the prices are much lower then the store prices and everything is trashed out full of stains and tore up and two of the couches they had they put the totally the rong cushions on them that wore totally the rong size and color

Surprised at some of the prices, seeing its an outlet. We do like to browse often. Great outdoor furniture options!

Great product. Terrible communication. Bought king mattress, box springs and frame. Salesman told us mattress could be picked up any day. We had to arrange delivery for additional cost. Driver went to pickup but luckily called ahead. Not open. Tuesday through Friday. Already had disassembled old bed and moved it out of bedroom. Not happy. Now have to wait for weekend pickup.

This was the ABSOLUTE BEST shopping experience Ive had a RTG Outlet. Allen Gordon, my sales associate, was knowledgeable, friendly, and had MY best interest at heart-unlike the typical saleperson. He really went above and beyond to assist me. If you shop there, ask for him!

I was looking at a sofa and ask the salesperson Adrianna if that was the lowest price the will consider on the sofa, my previous experiences with the store in Seffner FL were amazing, this salesperson told me no, that was the price, she didn't offer to ask the manger as my previous experience have been in the past. That was the end of the discussion. I saw my previous sales person Robert and he was nice as ever and recognized me from the past and he asked if i was looking for anything he could help me with as he saw me about to leave the store. I told him what happened and as he was about to ask the manager if there was something that they can do Adrianna saw me talking to Robert and was talking to the manger.whatever the conversation, which by the way it seems she did not like me talking to another saleperson about the same thing. The manger immediately said no other dicounts, which has never happened before.sad that someones ego will get in the way to making the company a sale and provide a good customer experience.

I've visited Rooms to Go warehouse in the past and always had a wonderful experience.
Today we made a trip just to look and met Allen Gordon sales associate. He was great and never pressured us into buying anything but made sure he was available if we needed help. We ended up making a purchase and we were happy with it. Thank Allen and Rooms to Go.

Although the website shows that it is open on Friday, it is not. For people that does not live very close, it is a waist of time, gas and energy.

Allan Gordon helped me to get a good price of the bedset I get. All other persons were very helping too. Great place to go.

Walked in on a Friday after driving an hour and a half and was turned away because they are only open Saturday and Sunday, mind you after walking half way into the store because the doors where wide open welcoming the public in the store with the hours of operation posted on the door Monday to Saturday 10am - 9pm and Sunday noon - 6pm. Google says Friday and Saturdays 10am -9p Sunday noon to 6p i will not be returning here.

I just found out about the outlet because a piece to my set is discontinued and the sales person said they had it at the outlet. Luckily we arrived when they opened and I did find the piece, albeit there were minor scratches, but I saved half off and I was able to use their coupon for additional $100 off. I did find a matching TV console that new in a box on sale for a reasonable price. Also, lol I picked up a beautiful white leather reclining couch and love seat. In total I saved well more that half of what I spent. There were a ton of nice things and yes they do have a lil bit of imperfections and some had quite a bit of damage, but if you're handy or don't mind the few imperfections, it's worth every bit of the savings. They do not deliver so I would recommend bringing a truck or renting one. My salesperson was Susan and she was very courteous and helpful.

So many amazing pieces of furniture, everything you can want is there! And at great bargain prices too! Convenient location near highway.

Nice to browse every now and then as inventory changes often. They sometimes have a warehouse sale in the building screws the parking lot. Parking can get pretty full.

Will never buy anything here again! They never gave us the brackets for our mirror to attach to dresser. We called customer service twice and the 2nd time they said we could go to any Rooms To Go and pick them up. My husband drove all the way to one of their locations only to be told we can’t, that we have to go where we bought it which was here and not close to our new home AT ALL! They aren’t open during the week so now we wait. Side panel of bed had obvious water damage as well.
