I went here around a month ago because I recently moved in. Need furniture because I brought no furniture with me. Eric Boes greeted us at the front door and was there the whole way to help us with the process and just helped us looking around in general. He did a good job at helping but not being overbearing and hover on us 24/7. It made me feel if I needed anything he would help us but also he wasn’t suffocating us. Got some food furniture that came same day. You do have to pay separately for shipping but it’s worth and the price wasn’t bad at all. 10/10 thank you Eric

I called the Rooms To Go Outlet store in Orlando and spoke to Jeff. I was looking for a gentlemen’s chest to a bedroom set I purchased 6 years ago. As Jeff searched for the item via 3 software systems, he located it for me! I’m grateful for his diligence to help me. I’d call that GREAT customer service which is hard to find these days. * Warning* I came here with my husband and family for some couches on the 4th of July sale we were super happy and excited after leaving. But after my first payment the manager there named Carmela told me that I needed to pay $14 dollars added on to my payment because it is “Mandatory” for me to pay them for added protection for any nature damages. I’m already paying for insurance on every furniture piece separately for the next 3 years. I remember when signing the paperwork that day one of the associates working there here name is Tamara she suggested me to get it as an ADD ON and I’m marking the same words she stated to us. Please be aware and if u aren’t sure of something do some research and call corporate! But don’t get ripped off!

Myself and my friend recently purchased 2 recliner sofas from this outlet. After a thorough research across multiple stores and online including Costco and other major wholesalers and including the actual rooms to go store, we narrowed down our search to this outlet. The collection is huge across all categories. Prices are really competitive and deals are really great. We ended up purchasing 2 recliner sofas, 2 beds and a bench.
Next I would like to mention about the great customer service experience we received. I would like to thank and a Special mention about the sales associate Mr. JEFFREY COYLE (Jeff), who stayed with us the entire time we spent at the outlet, explained complete details of every model of recliner sofas and made sure we had demos of all the models we looked at. We were really impressed by his customer service. He made sure we were well informed with every minute details that helped us to make a decision. He is a great person with extreme patience and really understand our needs and budget. He went above and beyond and stayed with us for over 45 mins past the store timings. This shows his passion and commitment to his customers.

We would also like to thank Mr. Jeremy who helped us during our visit to close a sale.

I would definitely visit again for my furniture needs and would recommend to anyone looking for great quality furniture with great deals and competitive prices.

There were no recliners that are motorized with massages. Disappointed… They had a bedroom set that was gray with all the bling, bling I really liked around 2k.

I have bought all my furniture there but I bought some reclining leather living room furniture, it cost me around 5 thousand dollars paying extended warranty. After a year and 3 months, the sofas had electrical damage, and their structure bent, a person sits there and can fall because the bent structure does not support the weight. I asked for a guarantee and they solved the electrical problem after 6 months, before without being able to use them. And now they tell me that the damage to the structure is not from the factory and that they cannot give me a guarantee. I have 1 month left of the guarantee and they did not want to receive the claim again. Do not buy here they are expensive and they are not of good quality, they also deceive you with the extended guarantees.

Their pick-up process in the back is very organized, and they will help you load and tie down your equipment, they have free rope as well.
