5The staff at root causes was by far a 5 star facility in everyway from the time I booked my appt, exam and treatment to the follow up as well. The exanination was thorough and not rushed. They listened to all my concerns. I would highly recommend Root Causes Holistic Health and Medicine.
Since May 2023, Root Cause Holistic Health has helped me get back on my feet from long term Covid and a thyroid issue that no other medical doctor could diagnose over the past year. It took Dr D minutes to figure it out my issues and with the proper plan of care, within weeks I was back to normal. Dr D and her staff are truly a god send to our community and I had highly recommend her holistic services to my family and friends.
I went in for a consultation after dealing with multiple holistic doctors who have dropped the ball and become lazy practitioners.
Dr Destafano and her staff are THE BEST I've come across in my 8 year of using alternative medicine and methodologies. She is thorough, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. She answered every question I had, and there were a lot! I went in for a consult and spent 4 hours in her office and left feeling amazing! I feel so much relief knowing that I'm working with an amazing doctor, and also an incredible team of medical staff that back her up. Sandra, Debbie, Frank and the others are so impressive and they are all incredibly kind and supportive. I wish I lived closer because I'd visit weekly for all off the next level treatments they offer in this office.

Doreen DeStefano and staff are the best, professional and courteous, very knowledgeable most importantly to me accommodating. I have needed on occasion at a moments notice an appointment they have always accommodate my schedule always fitting me in.
