The two gentleman that were working there this afternoon when I stopped by are RIDICULOUSLY kind, respectful, and sweet! They made me feel so welcome and I appreciate that so much.

I am a novice gardener so I was super nervous to even communicate that I was a fish out of water, but it was clearly evident that they are so very respectful, and honored my space.

I would also like to add that the music playling while you shop is excellent! Thanks for the great service and prices! I'm looking forward to shopping here more as my garden grows.

The guys that work there are all very cool and laid back. They are always ready to help you out with any questions or advise that you may have and if they aren't sure about it they will tell you. They don't try to push things on you to buy. They leave you alone to shop and if you ask for help they are more than happy to assist you. They are all very polite and respectful.

Stopped by originally just wanting to look around. Immediately upon walking in I saw they not only had a wide selection, but live indoor plans under their lights, and best of all I received arguably the best customer service I've ever had from Jason who was able to answer all of my questions in depth and get me exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely be back 10/10

Best of the best. This retailer sets the example for superior customer service. And their selection isn't to be beat. Today I shopped here with a good friend. The sales associate's spent more than an hour helping my friend and I pick the right products and spend our money wisely. My friend is deaf. The sales associate worked with him, writing down instructions, and explaining products.

It's not often you find such an all-around fantastic place to shop. This brick and mortar business is a reason to get out of the house and meet face-to-face with experts in their field. I love this store.

Wonderful place! Great selection of edible plants and everything you could want for your aquaponic and hydroponic setups except fish LOL. They even have seeds from reputable organic non gmo companies. Prices are lower than many places i have been.

I wandered in after work looking to make a super simple baby system for my kitchen to dip my roots into hydroponics. I am the epitome of a novice but the staff was super helpful and patient with me. I am super excited to go home and try to grow some herbs in my window. They obviously focus for bigger systems but they still took their time with all of my questions. I'll definitely be back to grow my system as I learn more.

I have been gardening all of my life - and until I moved to FL 4 years ago, I didn't realize how tricky year round gardening (where summer is 3/4 of the year) could be here in Central FL. After a visit behind the scenes to Disney's gardens at Epcot, I was inspired to try hydroponics, but I have NO know how. After hours on the internet, I was confused.

But when I walked into a fairly busy RGB store and was met by Jason, my inspiration lit up all over again. They've been in the business longer (25 years!) than hydroponics was "a thing", and he immediately put me at ease. At a measly 18 years with the company, he assured me: I can do this! They have the know how, they don't try to sell you extra stuff, they listened and then gave this newbie hope that I could make this work for me. An hour away, it was WAY worth the trip.
