A great place to live, but the office manager Lana do not know what she is doing when it comes to adding your rent payment in the computer. Maintenance takes forever to fix things beiit is fine by an app. This company operates out of New Jersey. You have to email everything. They charge for everything. I love the dog park and children play ground. They have two pools. I'm moving out when my lease is up. I grew up half of my live in pine hills and I'm done.

This place scams you into buying broken down units that are so called “renovated” The building office and manager will get nothing done for you. The one Great thing that’s happened to this place is the new maintenance supervisor Ray. He came in and gave solutions to all my problems and made living here just a tad bearable.

My rating is specifically about ONE individual person who has done nothing but help us and do everything he could to solve our problems. Ray is by far the best Maintenance Supervisor I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing.

Nathalie is a wonderful person. She is very professional She does a great job as a leasing consultant. We need more people like her. She is exceptional

I moved into the unit July 16 2022 and reported ac issue July 19 2022. They have still to this day failed to repair the ac. I’ve put in numerous work orders and they get closed out by maintenance and management like the issue has been resolved and it hasn’t. They still request rent however fail to keep their end of the lease of working ac unit for tenants. They want you to keep putting in work orders only for them to not fix the issue. When you request to speak with corporate they say they don’t have a number for them and they can only email them or attach your email thread with someone from corporate. Corporate will say they are on vacation and will give you a call when they return only to not get any response. They sit in their ac in the office and don’t care that you don’t have any in a unit they still want you to pay for. They are over charging current residents by hundreds of dollars for units that are inhabitable and trying to lease apartments to others for cheaper just to trick them into moving into a slum lord condition. I’ve had issues from toilet clogging to building waste coming up into my bath tub to ceiling leaks. This complex and the ones who manage it needs to be removed. It’s too hot in Florida for residents to be having ac issues and they keep acting like they are going to fix the issue and never do.if I could give zero stars I would.

Don’t apply here! Scam city. These apartments look nothing like the photos and are in a high traffic area with sketchy happenings. Broken closets, cabinets, and roaches hanging out on the floor. The lady that showed us around said maybe 3 words to us the entire tour and gave us no valuable information. The leasing staff takes forever to process anything, so long that we were approved for another apartment while waiting to hear back from this one. When approved, they sent us an approval for the wrong sized apartment. Definitely dodged a bullet, but learned an expensive mistake applying before seeing this place. It has been very competitive in Orlando finding an place and I’m relocating to the area. That’s no reason to settle for this though. You can do better. I promise!

Pierre was a nice leasing manager. He was very detail show me around the property. He also told me that he’s only been in Orlando for three months but overall he’s a cool guy.

I applied at Rosalia West and did not hear anything from this company about my application for over 2 months. I finally talked to someone name Pierre who only pass the blame on his imaginary manager. I was told that I was denied after literally harassing Pierre for about a month but there was never a credit check inquiry from this company. I asked Pierre for a denial letter again he said his nonexistent manager would send it to me the next day or the day after. Well needless to say that was 2 weeks ago and no letter. I asked for my full refund and complained to Fair Housing as well as EEOC. I have not heard a word from these people, it’s been a week. Oh I also sent them notice that they never ran a credit check and they do not have my permission to run one now that I know that they lied (I mean Pierre). I am happy I didn’t get approved or denied because I would never want to deal with CROOKS!
This company deserves a fat zero! I would show all of my email corespondents but my personal info is attached to show proof of no response. DO NOT RENT OR ATTEMPT TO RENT FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!

Its crazy how you make an application the fee's are non-refundable and no one called or Email you to tell you that your application was denied and you called more than 5 time's no one answered the phone you wait for 3 months to call them just for whoever is in the office to say sorry you didn't get an email your application was denied and the fee's are non-refundable okay keep stealing from others thats a shame.

Worse renting experience I’ve ever had. Maintenance staff neglected to fix repair in kitchen for four months- creating water damage, fire hazard (from damaged stove), mold, and attracting pests. Complex did not accommodate by offering suitable apartment despite multiple request. Landlord has not returned security deposit within 60 days of being evicted from unit due to “major repairs”. Besides management, neighborhood is kept dirty and filled with the homeless who will steal your deliveries.

After 2 months of moving out I have not received my deposit. I am reporting this and will get a lawyer involved. This is highly illegal. Stay away as this place does not care about its residents and will hold your deposit after 2 months of move out. I am going to write a review on Facebook, instagram and everywhere else and will have my friends who are influencers speak my truth. I am disgusted that they would do this. Shame on you, Rosala West.

One of the worst apartment management and maintenance. When we first got here they would come within a day or two for issues, but now as my lease is almost up it has been 2 and a half weeks of broken ac! It is 90 degrees inside and 70 outside. This is absolutely ridiculous. To think they’d put in work for their people. This is insane. There’s no way to get a hold of anyone and everything is about their app. Can’t wait to move. This is horrible. 0/10 stars if possible. They never respond to anything. Not through email, not through calls, and the office always seems to be closed. I would put in a report in the app and they will mark it as done but no one would even show up to my residence. Absolutely horrible. Update: as of October 22 nothing has changed but gotten worse, their little app always crashes and their maintenance repairs never stay repaired. For the price of these shotty apartments I’ll be moving to Winter Park. There’s so many things wrong with this place idk where to begin. There’s literally never any parking ever here, just the other night I had to park two buildings over to find a parking and walk back home after work at 3 am and this place isn’t the most resounding on security. Will not be staying
