Rosati's Pizza, Valrico FL

Rosati’s is my favorite Italian restaurant in the area! The food is made fresh and everything I have tried from their extensive menu has been delicious. The delivery drivers and store staff are friendly and efficient. I order every Friday night and enjoy leftovers the rest of the weekend. My favorites are the chopped salad, thin crust Italian sausage and pepperoni pizza and the Chief sandwich.

This has got to be some of the best Chicago style deep dish pizza I have ever had in my life. I highly recommend you give this place a shot and the owners are very friendly too

The food has always been good but in my opinion nothing great. I finally tried the Rosatis beef sandwich and I was pretty disappointed, it was a great presentation and the sandwich was hot on pickup, but the bread basically fell apart and the taste of the sandwich itself was unlike most beef sandwiches from Italian shops.

My family and I tried this pizza at a local pop up event. The pizza was amazing and the customer service was even better. We ordered from the restaurant the next day and they did not disappoint. Delicious!

UPDATE 9-8-23 was contacted by Lonnie to fix the issue, Rosatis has offered to supervise a remake of the order previously received. Lonnie has confirmed that Rosatis stands behind quality and value. Overall the past few pizzas have not been good like when they first opened. We ordered DOUBLE extra sausage and DOUBLE extra mushrooms and extra cheese ingredients put on pizza and even with all of this it it paper thin. The first time I thought maybe we just got the wrong pizza. But the this time was even worse. I counted sausage pieces literally 12 little pieces of sausage for a 16” pizza. 12!
$40 was double the price the pizza should have been. Very disappointed and I fear that my favorite Chicago pizza place is failing. We will try to find a new place I think…

This is the very best pizza. They always get the order correct. The pizza is always hot and ready when I get there. And everyone is very friendly. I have tried other pizza and always keep coming back here. Best pizza.

My first time getting a deep dish pizza. It was delicious and so rich. Got it delivered through Door Dash so I can't comment on atmosphere or service.

I ordered two double-dough pizzas for my family on a busy Friday evening. I chose to pick my order up so I could personally view their operation.

Although this isn't a dine-in location, the reception area is very neat and tidy. It's apparent that considerable thought went into making this area pleasing and presentable for guests.

There were two friendly staff members at the counter that greeted me when I arrived. My order was ready at exactly the time it was promised.

From what could be seen of the preparation area from the front of the restaurant, it appeared to be exceptionally clean (which is very important to me for obvious reasons).

The best part for my family and me is that the pizzas were made to perfection. All the ingredients were fresh (even the mushrooms) and the crust was like freshly baked bread. Plus, on top of my two "Pick 4" four-topping pizzas was a generous coating of fresh, stretchy mozzarella cheese.

Even the box the pizzas were presented in is different; I've never had one quite like it. Inside, they placed a perforated sheet under the pizza, unlike any I had seen before, to prevent it from sticking to the bottom or becoming soggy. And of course, they also supplied a short, plastic, three-legged, "round table" on top of the pizza to keep it from touching the lid.

Next time, I think I might try ordering one of the many pastas, salads, or sandwiches from their extensive take-out menu. If they're anything like their pizza, I imagine it is sure to be a delightful, mouth-watering experience.

In conclusion, you'll be hard-pressed to find a better pizza experience in Tampa Bay than Rosati's. And yes, the owner is a true member of the Rosati family who appeared to be hard at work leading his crew of pizza makers back in the preparation area during my brief but enjoyable visit.

Oh, and just in case you think I was paid for this review, rest assured I have not; nor was I even asked. I've simply taken time to share my experience because until now I hadn't found a pizzeria in the Tampa Bay area that I've truly liked. For me, Rosati's checks all the boxes for takeout pizza.

I never thought I would find a place that made lasagna like my Mom did. My Mom was an amazing cook. After trying a bunch of lasagna at many spots, this is the ONLY place that has one close to what I remember as a kid. It reminds me of her and is absolutely delicious! Well done

First I want to say that I love the food here. The review would be better but I ordered a 28 bbq special pizza. Only have of the pizza with onions. When I got home most of the sausage and bacon was on on the side that didn’t have onion and I had 3 slices of the onion side 1 sausage and three bacon pieces.

Our experience with your food and delivery is always great… and Teresa (spelling?) - I think that’s her name, she only works on Saturday’s - makes it even better! She’s delivered multi-pizza orders twice now and she’s always right on time and so friendly! Thank you and please give her BIG KUDOS!

I normally order three to five times a month!
I’m actually from Chicago and normally love your pizza!
The last time it was a little over cooked and this time the sauce tasted water down & my cheese and sausage was blackened cheese.
Very disappointing last couple visits!
I will be switching to olde town pizza on Bloomingdale road.
I also have my parents that order 3-5 times a month and my daughter 4-5 a month.
Sorry, but I like my pizza to be spot on at ex specialty your rate of a pie.

Ordered takeout and the Pizza and salad is the absolute best. Delivered on time and perfectly hot and delicious! The gentleman delivering even had gifts for us as new customers. We will definitely order here on rotation!

Called to order, was asked to hold. After 15 minutes of hold music I almost just chose a different pizza place but wanted to try the deep dish. Overall food wasn’t anything special but not bad pizza.
