Rosecastle of Citrus, Lecanto FL

My friend Bobbi has been here several months and had no desire to return home. She absolutely loves her room, the friends she's made and the staff who are so kind and helpful. Thank you, Rose Castle.

It’s a nice and pleasant place to be at.residents and staff are very caring almost like family! The residents look forward to seeing the staff and hanging out with other residents whether it’s chatting over breakfast, watching movies, playing cards! Kudos to Rosecastle of citrus!

My grandfather wasn't at Rosecastle for long but the care he received in his last days there was outstanding and such a comfort for us, as we lived so far away from him in New Zealand. The most touching moment for me was when one of the nurses went out of her way to Skype us in NZ. I had Skyped my grandfather almost every day for the last 5 years and in those last days when he couldn't even do that it meant the world to me to be able to see him one final time and to tell him again how much I loved him. Having that sort of contact with a loved one when you can't be close is so important for family and that moment will remain treasured in my heart forever. Thank-you again to all the staff at Rose Castle, your loving care is such a great comfort.

The staff is always nice and exceptionally caring to the residents at Rosecastle. They plan fun activities and really try to make the facility seem like home. My Mom loves her apartment and living at Rosecastle.

Rosecastle of citrus is a wonderful facility! I worked for Rosecastle for 7 1/2 years, it was a hard decision to leave. The residents are well taken care of, the facility is very clean. During all holidays the building is decorated, Christmas time was always my favorite time, it was a lot of work but the residents always enjoyed it, we always wanted it to feel like home for them. I stopped by a few times since I left, and the residents faces light up when they saw me. Rosecastle will always be my home away from home.

This is a wonderful facility in Citrus County, caring for their residents as if they are family. The staff is friendly, helpful and so competent caring for your family members! I would recommend Rosecastle to anyone needing a home away from home for your seniors!

What a great way to celebrate a beautiful day! Nice surprise! I came to pick mom up for an appt but rescheduled so we could participate. Met more residents and some of the businesses who care for our family Thank you to all who made this possible

Our relationship with Rosecastle Assisted Living is professional and we have been partnering for years. We are here to help families and we are two different type business models so we can refer to each other depending upon a families needs.

The staff at Rosecastle of Citrus have been more like family to my grandma. My grandma was so happy here. She felt safe and taken care of and she had so many friends here. Before COVID, we could participate in activities with my grandma and other residents and during COVID, the staff blew us out of the water with what they did to connect us with our loved ones. They used their personal social media accounts, zoom accounts, skype, etc.to make sure that the residents saw their families on a regular basis. When my grandma passed (of natural causes), they made sure that the whole family was there to be able to say goodbye because we were far away and could not be there because of COVID. Rosecastle of Citrus is FAMILY. Special thanks to Melissa for ALWAYS going out of her way, staying late to make sure we got to talk to my grandma. She is truly an angel on earth and we will never forget her kindness. When COVID passes, my family would like to volunteer to visit with the residents.

An excellent facility to place your loved ones or yourself. The staff is always welcoming and treats your family as theirs. I love that they take day trips and have activities planned throughout the week, even the weekends!
