Mr. Marrero: you should be a little more friendly and helpful when it comes to serving clients and much more if they are people looking to move. If you can't provide good customer service, you shouldn't be the one greeting people in the office. He does not welcome us, nor does he offer us a seat while he “tends us. ” Never judge a book by its cover, because that's how bad their treatment of us was. Bad deal

AC just does not work! Despite the fact that maintenance has already attempted to fix it, I think its just old and needs to be replaced. Horrible experience!

This community is wonderful, always clean and wonderful staff. They have amazing events they offer to their guest. The location is great it’s close to the hospital, and shopping area.

I do not recommend anyone move to this community until the Leasing Office staff take responsibility and are held accountable for the UNACCEPTABLE state our unit was in for our move-in at the end of August. Office personnel did not verify that all repairs were complete or that cleaning was done satisfactorily. They didn't even walk the unit prior to our move-in, and have yet to step foot in my unit to see the issues we were left with dealing at move-in.

Dirty walls, Dorito/Cheeto-finger stains, not vacuumed fully/properly, live roaches running around (during daylight at that!), roach feces all over outlet covers, dead roaches in the dish washer, shower faucet leaking (still leaking now two week AFTER move-in), fridge and freezer handles taped on with duct tape, JUST TO NAME A FEW THINGS. I hope the photos show a glimpse of the unit we were handed keys to.

We notified the leasing office of the state of the unit on move-in date, they asked for photos and were "shocked" to hear what we were saying about the apartment. When I asked Jordan who in the office verified our apartment was ready, he couldn't say. He hadn't done it. I asked Anita the community manager the same question, and she hadn't done the walk either, but the cleaning company was in our unit "for hours. " They also told us they didn't see evidence of roaches, so pest control didnt treat our unit before move-in. I was told that the cleaning company would be contacted and they would update us, and that pest would come out on Tuesday (when they are scheduled to be at the community).

We didn't get any updates or communications. Apparently they rescheduled the cleaning company to come out, but didn't tell us. Five days into our new lease, my partner spent three hours cleaning a NASTY apartment unit that was NOT her responsibility to do, so we could move our belongings in.

Pest didn't come on Tuesday. Turns out that the front office never made a copy of our unit key. They also never called us to tell us that, and that pest couldn't treat. We only found out after calling the office and asking if pest control came to our unit. I guess that isn't standard protocol? So we had to live in a unit with an active roach population for an additional week due to the office's blunder. Someone in the office also took in upon themselves to cancel the cleaning company from coming back out, after hearing that my partner cleaned the unit by herself. It wasn't my partner's job to clean this unit but I guess Rosemont will wipe their hands clean and have their new tenants clean their "move-in ready unit" for them.

The cleaning company showed up two weeks after our move-in, announced 30 minutes before their arrival. The cleaner said she spoke with Anita the day before to confirm that she would be cleaning our unit the next day. Anita never called my Partner or I, but for the 30 minute call prior to the cleaner showing up. I have a dog in my unit that wasn't put away because we weren't expecting a cleaner. What if my dog got out?

Jordan has said to me that this isn't "Rosemont's Standard" and it's "embarrassing" but at every turn - communication is horrible, no one will admit fault and responsibility. I'm told the unit is liveable, so nothing will be done to compensate us for what we have had to deal with. Anita said there's nothing she can do, so I've asked for the regional manager's contact info. I've yet to hear from Heather, the regional manager, after sending two emails, and leaving a voicemail at the corporate office - we're being told that she's "a very busy woman who manages many properties. " Is this the Titan Corp standard on how it operates its properties?

I've lived at several apartment communities since I've been of-age to do so. This is the most disappointing experience thus far. We're more comfortable now, thankfully, due to our own accord and actions. It's unfortunate that we had to get the unit in an acceptable state ourselves for that to happen.

We lived here for 2 years only because we didn’t have another option due to rental costs. We had constant issues with the AC resulting in outrageous electrical bills. The problem was never really fixed, just band aids that were always a temporary fix. The complex is filthy, garbage piled up by the dumpster which half the time wasn’t functional. The hallways and stairs were disgusting, littered with garbage and desperately needing pressure washed. The whole complex is so poorly lit that we never felt safe walking at night, as most of the lights were never replaced or broken. This is a serious safety issue that is just just begging for a law suit. The front gate was never functional from day 1 when we moved in, a selling feature that the leasing agents use when touring the property to emphasize a safe community. So many unwanted guests entered the property resulting in them towing cars that didn’t belong. The amenities: the pool was closed on a regular basis for “maintenance “ and the gym was dirty, with no proper cleaning products provided after use, disgusting! These are amenities that you pay for as part of your rent and they weren’t available for use! MANAGEMENT: start using the exorbitant amount of money you collect every month toward taking care of this community that desperately needs help! The only positive is LOCATION. Easy access to the trail, shopping and dining.

Living in Rosemont Clermont has been an amazing place to live. Very peaceful, quiet & a community that assures safety. On another note, maintenance service was amazing thanx to Sedique, service was quickly handled & took the time to demonstrate how I can further handle the problem in the near future. Thank you Sedique

I have only lived here since April, and this is the 5th time my A/C is out! This time they have not even responded! No maintenance has show up and been calling since yesterday! They slap a bandaid in the problem and now it’s completely broken and don’t answer emergency line! It’s over 90 degrees!

Carmello did a great job replacing the garbage disposal in my kitchen sink. He is very professional and responded to my
maintenance request in a timely manner.

Been here for about a month and I’m digging it so far. My plan wasn’t to move back into an apartments but things changed and I had too. Was very nervous at first but so far it seems like I made the right decision.maintenance is professional and fast. Never in my years of living in apartments have I had maintenance show up the same day, or the next day EVERY time I put in a request. I’m usually having to wait weeks before the show up. But not at rosemont Clermont. I have had some issues with the front staff where they seem to over look things. But as soon as I speak up it usually gets solved. They even offer flex rent which is an amazing thing. I don’t think I will need that but it’s good to know that it’s available to me especially in these times.
