Ruined our vacation worst place I’ve ever stayed! Yes the pool and splash park are inviting but you take a 2 yr old into the kids splash park and you have unruly teenagers running around not safe for small children the pool… if you enjoy drunk load mouth smoking adults then it’s your cup of tea, non smoking resort is a joke you can’t even walk out of your room without chocking they smoke everywhere including (IF it’s working) in the elevators. My room was switched 3 times in less then 24 hrs because of bug infestation, door mechanism falling out then let’s talk about the non stop LOUD highway noise, 5 handicap parking spaces for 200 rooms and like I said if you want to walk a quarter mile to find 1 elevator that works to take you up to your room it’s unbelievable. And complain to the front desk, they tell you to leave if you want then try to offer you a free breakfast after being promised a refund almost a week later and still nothing. Call corporate and that’s even a bigger joke so please don’t go here if you want to enjoy yourself I’d rather sleep on the bus waiting bench then go back there, it’s sad after driving 1100 miles and wasting a week of my time sleep in your car it’s more comfortable
