Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando

Upon booking I read countless reviews. Some were good others dissatisfied. However I went on to book my stay. Check in was fast & friendly! Security helped me carry my bags to my room.

Rooms were magnificent. Clean & sanitized! Beds were plush & super comfortable!
I Stayed here for 5 days & received housekeeping everyday.

Close to everything you need!
Highly trained security to minimize all sorts of troubles & unwanted guests.
I was so nervous due to the reviews but I enjoyed my stay! I’ll return again & again.

Only downside is when I booked with a Agoda I booked with free breakfast & was not given free breakfast. Not the hotel problem but Agoda didn’t even try to resolve the issue.

Great hotel for price and convenience located near everything you could need close to parks and amazing service my suggestion would be to get a higher level floor there is an on-site breakfast buffet reasonably priced with a good variety of food choices. The only cons are parking especially returning later in the evening and rooms are a bit outdated but if your just looking for a place just to sleep it's perfect. There is an on site restaurant, game room, pools, play area and 24 hour shop that are all nice as well. The staff were all amazing fast and helpful.

It's a convention hotel so it is very busy and very loud when conventions are going on otherwise it's a nice clean convenient hotel in a great location.

Nice room especially for the price. There were no blankets but we just turned up the heat. Could not say the same about the buffet breakfast. It was disappointing and I could have eaten else where for the same price or cheaper. I would stay here again if need be.

I really enjoy coming to this hotel. It may be a little aged but you can tell that the location management really cares about it. They do the best they can with what they have. It's clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly.

Decent place. Beds are super soft. Coffee shop isn't open. Boo. I was able to get ground floor on request. Convenient location.

My rating is based on staff. Very nice, attentive and accommodating. The rooms are good and clean. The price online was very reasonable.

Clean room, great staff, and priced right! Check-in took mins, had to book an additional night at last minute. Was able to book online & they kept me in the same room. 24 hr shop on site & 24 hr parking lot security. I have no complaints & would definitely stay here again!

If you order anything online from Amazon or other company, you'll be charged $10. Even if you ordered a pen.

Booked a room online. Got to the hotel and our room and they double booked us! We went to complain and they refused at first to give us a refund just wanted to switch our room despite us not feeling safe. Very careless of them so if you’re a woman just be careful. After arguing with the front desk we were eventually given a full refund.

Affordable stay, would stay again. It is very big! You may get lost finding your room but you I’ll get use to it.

Super nice staff. GREAT value! The room was spaceous, clean, and wow, does that airconditioner work! This is a great value for the money! Clean. Nicely laid out! Beds were comfortable and the shower was nice and warm. No complaints here, can't wait to go back, hopefully soon!

The hotel room is small and despite the daily cleaning, the room looks very dirty. The smell of dust and humidity is unbearable, the bathtub has a dirty floor. I do not recommend it for family with young children. No sanitation measures for COVID-19

Pretty good hotel with restaurant & store. Close to other amenities walking distance including mall. Rooms are decent & has a good waiting area

Was assured that I could check in at a specific time, reception staff was unwilling to follow up and a supervisor was sitting next to the receptionist, started at us and refused to get involved. Cheap one night stay.

Nice, friendly service. My room door was extremely hard to open & close which was a pain.

We went Sat for the premier show. I was online for 2hours and 50 minutes.my legs hurted and back.and just had to do this bec it was a v busy weekend and all other hotels were booked.and past the free cancellation time.the problem was the very bad wait line and waste of time.plus I don’t like motel types rooms and long walks.never booking there again.staff were freindly.rooms and bathrooms were clean.it was a v bad reservation for the cost paid

Location is great the price for the room was good.but the first room they gave me was infested. I had to ask for a second room on a higher floor.
