Roses Discount Store, Jacksonville FL

Everytime i go in this roses the employees are just rude as can they just plain out do not care about there customers tjere customer service is horrible i flat out refuse to go to this location u tell management about there employees beimg rude and just plain act lile they don't need there job. I am pretty sure the lady is just plain out raciest towards certain people amd its just wrong plain put wrong tjey defly do not deserve tjere jobs!

The cashier Tarsha was very rude doing my return transaction. She needs to repeat customer service training or have customer service training. While in the store also observed poor customer service to other customers. I normally shop at the Roses on Lem Turner.

Terrible. And they had a long line and instead of opening another line someone just came to help the one cashier on the one line. And I put thing 9n the counter to be ring up and she didn't even ring one item up I didn't realize I didn't have it until I got home I came back told the cashier about it. Not even a sorry sir no remorse or even a word or nothing she acted like she didn't even hear me.

It's truly a wonderful place to shop at, it's my favorite place, go see for yourself.

I am very big on not having to spend the majority of my shopping experience in a line trying to check out. I was very pleased with the speed of their checkout process. I also was ecstatic by the fact that I was able to find so many items that I had been previously looking for great job roses.

Very grateful people helping out you, good customer service.

I love Roses they have so many nice stuff for your home as well as great deals on clothes! Cashiers are usually friendly!
