Ross auto body shop is undoubtedly a 5 star place. Their professionalism and kindness speak for themselves. I had a big dent in my car, and it was the first time in my life that I had ever been in an accident. They helped me talk to the insurance company, guided me all the way so the process went very smoothly. I always felt supported.

Then they worked in the car and when they returned it ir as better than new, they even fixed some scratches free of charge. They were also very communicative during the whole process.

Best body shop in all of Miami! I was a bit hesitant going to a body shop i wasn’t personally referred to but honestly I’m beyond glad i did.
