Dr. Jared Cohen and his staff are amazing. Everyone was so kind and so thoughtful. After the nurse left the room, I waited all of 2 minutes for Dr. Cohen to come in. (We all know this is usually a 15-20 min wait at most doctors). It’s difficult to find a doctor you trust and like. I’d recommend him 100 times over.

Dr. Cohen is probably the best doctor I have encountered in my life. His practice is efficient, professional and effective. You cannot go wrong by choosing this practice.

After having a bad experience with another urologist who made me feel very uncomfortable when I left, I did my research and I found Dr. Cohen‘s office. I can’t begin to tell you what a good experience this was for me and how good I felt walking out of there. Dr. Jared Cohen was very kind and understanding and reassured me that I was okay. I asked a million questions and he was happy to answer it! People were very kind in this office and made me feel like I was a person and not another patient. I definitely recommend this doctor and his staff. I’m very picky about who I see in reference to doctors so trust me when I tell you, you will not regret going to this office.

Nothing more frustrating than making a 3: 30 appointment for a reason and then waiting an hour! Why is this ok?

Dr. Cohen's office is in a convenient location at the far north west end of Lake Worth in a pleasant looking office building on the second floor. His office is decorated tastefully with the convenience of rest rooms inside the office. Dr. Cohen and his staff are delightful - all of them! This is so unusual! Staff is very pleasant and attentive from the receptionist to the nurse to the PA to the doctor to the check-out clerk. Dr. Cohen proceeds thoroughly and thoughtfully. Also, he explains things in simplistic, layperson's terms. I highly recommend him!

Oh my goodness, this is the best dr's office I have ever been to! The lobby is so clean and beautifully decorated, and the bathrooms are big enough for a stroller or wheelchair. Every member of the staff that crossed my path was friendly, courteous, helpful and relatable. Dr Cohen was professional, explained everything clearly, and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a urologist!

Extremely professional with great bedside manners. Very thorough treatment follow up. Staff very professional and courteous. Never a wait for appointment, 9: 00 am appointment they take you at 9. Being treated for bladder cancer he's made it pain free and I have the utmost confidence in his abilities. Would highly recommend

Dr. Cohen is awesome. If his career miraculously dies in Urology, he’s got a shot in stand up comedy. Goes for the rest of his office too - just a funny, personable, caring crew there. A vasectomy can be kind of an awkward uncomfortable thing but everyone from Cheryl at the front desk to the nurses to Dr. Cohen himself make you feel at ease. Never mind personalities though, he’s amazing at what he does professionally. The recovery time or lack thereof is impressive due to the experience and job he does, and takes seriously even if his attitude seems care free. Anyone complaining on here likely takes life too serious (and I get it as there are cancer patients, etc coming through here but do not take his staffs overall easy going attitude as a point against their expertise) and can’t get behind the language, hard for me to believe personally but that’s the only thing I can see having read a few reviews among other great ones. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

I was very impressed with this place, from my first interaction to the very last. The staff was super pleasant and my wait time was extremely short. The PA Irving was informative and extremely nice. Dr. Cohen is professional, funny, and thorough. I would 100% recommend this place.

Very impressed with the efficiency of the office staff and Dr. Cohen very personable, doesn’t make you feel rushed, asks if you have questions, and most importantly - you don’t sit in the waiting room waiting for an hour. That is one of my biggest pet peeves with other doctors today -overbooking and keeping us waiting. Final point: very considerate and reasonable for people that are self pay (I called one place and it was over $500 just for consult! He actually did a biopsy for me for less than that.). Highly recommend and I have never left a review for a doctor before now. Impressed all around.

I am a translator and took my client here because he has been having issues. I asked my client about the symptoms he was having and how long has he had the symptoms since he was normal. My client told me he had had problems for several years and went to another urologist who he felt was unable to help him. Dr. Cohen listened and then gave his recommendations and asked that we return back to the original urologist. Umm we came to you to not only get your opinion and recommendation, but to have you take over this patient and try to get them healthier. The fact that he showed no interest in taking my client in as a new patient and continuing care for them was shocking and I will not be returning to this doctors office or recommend him to anyone. In my opinion a doctor who listens to the patients concerns and wants to take them into his or her care is someone I give five stars to. Someone who gives you their opinion collects money and doesn’t want to see you again because you originally had another doctor is not a caring doctor in my book. When reading this doctors qualifications I must say I was very shocked he did not want to take my client as a new patient.

Picked up my mom from work to take her to her appointment, which was at 2: 30. She got off work early to make it in time but we got caught by traffic and we were only 10 minutes late. The staff looked like they work at McDonald's and hated their job's, and were very rude. Nobody else was in the lobby but us, somebody came and peaked thru the door which I believe to be the main doctor, and the next thing you know we were told a few minutes later that we need to reschedule. We were referred from the hospital, and we live about 40 minutes out from this place so we decided it would be a good idea to go. On our drive home after reflecting on what just happened, we've decided that we will not be returning to this place. It's very unfortunate that they would treat a nurse who is their feet 12-16 hours a day working like this.

My parents went to him for years, they love him. Saw my Dad through prostate cancer when he was 80.lived to be 94. Mom still sees him, wouldn’t miss.
