Ross Dress for Less reviews
16Wonderful store! From top athletic brands such as AiR Jordan to high end apparel like Ralph Lauren & Sperry's; not to mention electrics as well accessories ranging from Beats by Sr Dre to Oakley. I can spend hours here with my entire family and just continue to find things we need ha ha!
Shopping for bargains is usually productive at Ross however trying to check out is usually a pain in the rear because they'll have too few cashiers and too many customers in line.we put all our purchases back and left.
Very bad experience, I chose a Rayban, they didn't let me take it to pay and when I went to pay they had sold it to someone else.very very frustrated
Worst customer service ever! They don’t listen to you at all and just do what they want. The store has a lot of nice items but some of the employees make you not want to shop here at all! I’ve shopped at Ross for years but never have I experienced such horrible customer service! They need to revamp the employees and management because it starts from the top!
I had asked to use the restroom and was told it was in use. I waited about 10 minutes, and the ladies in the back that were recovering clothes told me to wait, but then let in the lady behind me. They said she was next in line, but I got there before her. They told me to continue waiting then started talking about customers in an unprofessional manner. I waited til an older woman (employee) asked me if I was waiting, and she let me in. There are 3 bathrooms in the restroom, but the ladies back there told me to wait til their friend was done. The older woman still let me in, and they were complaining in another language.
The white-haired lady of cashier number 5, mistreated my son while making my product payment. My son was trying to help her while she put the goods in the bag and the lady mistreated him
Lots of open space to move around with carts but had lots of empty shelving and racks not alot to choose from unless you want clothing
Needs a bit more up keeping and more cashiers.other than that pretty big store with good collection.
This is not one of the better Ross stores. A Disorganized mess. There are always long lines the staff is hired for their rudeness. There are many better choices in the neighborhood. My last visit I waited online for a half an hour while the cashiers talked about a baby shower and didn’t help the customers. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere
It has room for improvement. Only 2 cashiers on a Saturday, and people were leaving the store after 30 minutes line, not purchasing the items.
Very organized store easy to find stuff and many selections of everything for the whole family.
I used to go more often, they this not have the same good price and good quality products like before
This location is always a little disorganized and carts are typically in the way in some of the aisles.
They do have a good selection of things you usually find at Ross, so its worth the stop if you don't mind the above.
Checkout lines are way too long. Wasting 30 minutes just to get checked out is not worth the few dollars I saved. My time is valuable to me.
I go to Ross after a long day of hard work to buy something for my apartment and the salesclerk at the register refused to cash me out insisting that ‘I wasn’t first in line’. The person behind me had to interfere and say that I really was first in line. Is this the kind of treatment you would like to receive from a customer service representative? No! And I will avoid Ross as much as possible in the future as you don’t know the value of your customer.
