What can I say the store has nothing in stock looks like there going outta business. Please stock ur store shelfs empty just empty empty empty

Went in store a few days ago there's no stock period! Empty! I asked a store clerk if they were going out of business he replied no, we put out merchandise but it's sold as soon as we put it out. I doubt that. I thought people lost jobs, had no money? Whatever the reason the store shouldn't have opened if they had nothing to sale.

I went in to look for garden gloves OMG. I bought three pair very nice for cutting rose bushes.plus two pairs of shoes. They always greet you when you come in the door. Very clean store.

Well, the store is pretty empty right now but they are hard at work trying to restock everything. I can say that the store is very clean and it looks as though they are starting out fresh after this Covid-19 thing. So, I will be back. And, thank you, ROSS for doing what you are doing to ensure that your customers and your employees stay healthy!

Great items at fantastic prices. Brand names at a much lesser price. My only disappointment is that it us a hit or miss store.

Was told they we to busy to look for a 170 dollar chair in stock. That's literally telling the customer you are to busy to help the customer which is your only job, how are you to busy to fulfill it? I would literally rate 0 stars if I could (also was told the same thing by the Ocala store)

My wife bought a pair of purple pumas for $20. Great deals! Although, they could do something about the return and purchase lines because several people cut us off. Not the employees fault; just rude customers that could learn a lesson from Nanny McPhee (lol).

I get 90% of my wardrobe here. If you look around you can find real gems here, for all different styles and aesthetics, at really cheap prices. There's part dresses, casual clothes, and even decent lotions and soaps to buy. Snacks too, by the front! I always find something new that doesn't let me down!

Love the concept but I feel like I need a shower after spending along time there it's SO DUSTY everything is dusty including the store in general. I kept stores I worked at Very Clean and I don't get it. Good prices & pretty good deals on everything. They have some Unique Merchandise worth the shower, lol excellent purses and home furnishings.

Great prices & selection. We were on the hunt for dresses for a wedding abroad & found many selections.

Not many dresses to really choose from alot of the dresses look like they came from grandma's closet

Have been looking everywhere for a dress for my son's wedding and found two today at Ross's! Also found the perfect shoes. Will definitely be a return customer.

New designer cloths for low prices. Nice shoes but some are fake so be careful. It is pretty easy to tell tho.

Customer service was awful. Returned some merchandise and the associate was very rude because all I had was my receipt and asked me how much I paid for the shirt. I told her the price and she says 12$ for this shirt really. Then turned around and whispered to another associate about the return. Definitely expected more out of the customer service during the holidays.

This Ross is always stocked with all the latest fashions. I look forward to coming at least twice a month and every time I leave my bags are full this store is the BEST!

The 1rst time I go to to Ross and it was SUPER ORGANIZED, SUPER CLEAN cashier was SUPER FRIENDLY. KEEP IT UP

There isnt a Ross Dress for Less where I live in Michigan. I couldnt wait to visit Ross while on vacation in Florida. Ross never dissapoints! I got so many CUTE clothes purses and shoes
