I shop a bit boujee by looking for brands such as Polo, Tommy, Nike and Champion so let's just say my closet is full and all bought under a budget

My husband and I were visiting from NC and arrived at 9: 45am on Sunday. My husband bought a pair of shoes that had a sticker with the size 8.5 on them. When he went back to our hotel to get dressed for the day, he realized the shoes were actually a 9.5. Since we were here during CO-VID there is a store capacity of course. We came back at 12: 00 and there is a long line outside. We asked the guy at the door if an employee could grab them and exchange them and were told no. So we called the store and asked the representative who picked up the phone. You know for a store mistake like this I really didn’t see why they couldn’t do the accommodation or offer better customer service. I will call the store manager and find out who the regional is too and make sure I can exchange this item upon returning home. Customer services starts on the front line and I didn’t get it here. Many times we don’t have to go over, when it’s handled accordingly.

Even thou this location is super close to the airport, I was pleasantly surprised by how many great women's dress shoe choices they had in my size. Store was in disarray but otherwise clean, stocked, and friendly staff. Will be back!

This location certainly has its days. I’m always greeted upon arrival. Sometimes it’s very tidy and neat other times not so much. A lot of options, yes, but I do prefer a few other locations clothing options. Always very busy. Convenient location. Lines are always a pain. I’m usually in and out, it’s not a location to really browse.

For having to deal with customers all day long, the lady "in charge" of the fitting rooms could stand to improve her people skills. I'd hate for her to have someone actually rude.

I come to this Ross all the time and I just ended leaving the store after waiting over 20 mins for someone to help me at the jewelry counter. I had asked the asset protection person to get us help which he called for help. After waiting like I said 20 mins no one had shown up. I went to the assistant manager Jill and told her I had been waiting 20 mins before all the people that were in line and asked if there was someone that could assist. She was extremely rude and said “no not right now”. She has no customer service skills whatsoever and you guys will
Continue to lose customers due to management like her. Think she truly needs to go to some type of management training so she knows how to properly deal with customers.

Best store for afordable clothes and house stuff even snacks. Perfume and jewerly too! Fave place to shop. Lots of name brands.

Always a economical place to shop. Prices are good browsing through, the racks gives some wonderful surprises a lot of times. Love shopping here - long lines and all.

The store has been looking cheaper and cheaper in recent years. The security guards make it even worse as they make it seem as if the majority of customers are thieves. The quality of the merchandise is terrible. They wouldn’t return a gift without a receipt and/or item number (which they could look up easily if they were genuine about good customer service). A terrible shopping experience. The store is poorly organized, even for Ross. Every employee was rude from the fitting room attendant who made me wait while she slowly finished with another task to the cashier who tossed the receipt on the counter and turned away without a single word to me.

Store sales are great but this location is way too busy to only have 2 cashiers on a Saturday. I've been in line close to an hour.

This Ross has a great selection and very organized. I picked a few items before I caught my shuttle for a cruise.

This store was a disaster no fault of workers they could never keep up the the disgusting rude shoppers they destroyed the place. Never shop there again 436 in Orlando.

I dont like Ross either in any location. Atleast they are always full unlike Beals but I still dont like the store.dds either.

Well, I'm in the sunny state of Florida and needed some finishing touches for a wedding I'll be attending. ROSS HAD EVERYTHING, everything I needed to complete my shopping. I got to say all person ell and cashiers were all pleasent, store was kept nicely and sanitary. I had a great shopping experience. Unlike New York city where most people are disgruntal, rude, or condemning of the time you spend "looking around". Here at Ross Ft.loterdale Florida is just the opposite. Good experience.
